1 /5 Kelly Cimilien: This center has a horrible service to patients. Especially getting any done in the referral department. Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.

2 /5 Ale Arias: Very disappointed to about services. The nurses and staff look very unhappy. There is something not right. My daughter had an appointment at 8:45am. After being seeing by the nurse, we are sent back outside without knowing a window of time. The other moms said that when coming here it can be the whole day so be prepared. I asked someone from the facility and that person says that kids are seeings by priority, which is understandable for babies, but it’s not fair that other kids who have school and have to wait all day. Not recommended.

5 /5 Maribel Cervantes: Great experience! I had been coming with my mom for 3 years, she loves her doctor, we have to wait a little bit but that’s ok. All the staff is very efficient, the waiting room super clean, the nurses very helpful, especially Cristel pita, who helped me with my mom. For the prescriptions, I called the pharmacy a few hour before and I got the medications the same day.

1 /5 Albert Gomez: This facility is extremely unprofessional and a hostile environment. I was being disrespected by not only with the doctor who was providing me unethical information about my blood work that was malpractice and also with medical negligence, but also the supervisor as well that was talking over to me all because the mistake that was done at this clinic and knowing that I have a medical condition that this supervisor didnt care about at all. Also, failed to reply my emails and refuse to apologize to me after the mistake that was done and their unprofessionalism plus wasted my time doing my bloodwork and redoing it and it came up ALL fine. I had told numerous times that I never had that happen and came to this clinic before with my health being the same, but they dont care. Was treated very poorly from this facility, especially right after I got my shot with no apology in person at all and plus when receiving the letter, I had called to speak with the supervisor and not a call back. This supervisor knows her mistake and calls being recorded. Most definitely not a good place to be when it comes to treating your patience with kindness, not about mistreatment. I would HIGHLY not recommend this clinic at all.

1 /5 Juliessa Cruz: Horrible place I try to get a appointment and no one pick up the phone , miss Organization they need to do something about this change people or get other Customer Service, Care because like it’s bad ASAP and I’m calling and calling and no one picks up when I go to speak to someone they just sent me direct transfer and I’m asking can you help me and they transfer me. It’s on the believable…. Also, a lady picked up the phone. She didn’t let me talk. She just transferred and I was very rude. I do not recommend it to go there
