5 /5 Sara Iglesias: My name is Sara Iglesias. I have my knee surgery recently. Amazing care! The staff in the 5th floor took really good care of me. I have the best experience. Very efficient and very professional. I love the supervisors there, Noemí and Adrian. They get things done efficiently. Alex and Marilyn from PT are amazing. Dr. Krikorian is the super best. Miriam PCT is incredible and Ashley RN is very very good. I don’t like hospitals but my stay here is wonderful.

5 /5 EISLER DIAZ: I would like to extend my deepest gratitude towards the staff that made my grandma’s stay at Jackson West so smooth and easy. Shoutout to the nurse Amanda C. and PCT Jose H. that made a huge difference and remained professional while also cheering us up during a difficult time. I will always be grateful to them. Also, facility was amazing on design and comfort which also facilitates the process.

5 /5 Yoda: Dr. Enrique Krikorian and his team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we met him in September to discuss the procedure and receive instructions on how to prepare for the surgery, we felt a sense of comfort and trust. The surgery took place on November 20, 2024. On that day, his team was incredibly supportive and made my mom feel calm and cared for. The anesthesiologist team, especially, went above and beyond to make my mom feel like a VIP. After the surgery, my mom was admitted to the 5th floor at Jackson Hospital Doral. I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the incredible staff on that floor. They truly made my mom feel like family, providing exceptional care and attention. The level of service and compassion was outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to the leadership team and staff for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for our elderly population. They truly go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable during difficult times. I would love to recognize the following individuals for their exceptional care: Javier Vilarino, RN Jaime Martinez, RN Ashley Bonilla, RN Elisabet Borrero, RN Katerina Rodriguez (Superstar) Leydis Gonzalez Alexander (Therapist) Disclaimer: I apologize if I may have missed some names in this review. I want to emphasize that not all heroes wear capes. The passion and compassion displayed by these individuals during my moms stay from November 20th to 23rd truly made a difference. Thank you, Javier, Jaime, Ashley, Elisabet, and Katerina for ensuring my moms medications and pain were mitigated, her vitals and basic needs were met, and her time in the hospital was fantastic. Alexander, thank you for providing my mom with daily therapy and support throughout the week. These individuals are future leaders in the healthcare industry, and I am so grateful for their dedication and compassion. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Krikorian, his team, and the entire staff at Jackson Hospital Doral. They are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate human beings. I highly recommend Dr. Krikorian and this hospital to anyone in need of exceptional care. To see my mom be able to walk just made my eyes teared up in joy. Happy Thanksgiving!!! 5 /5 Mark Padilla: I was hospitalized in Jackson West for three nights in December, 2024. The staff was so helpful and understanding, and the physical infrastructure is beautiful. I want to specifically call out one nurse, Alexi Magday, who is the most amazing human being and skilled nurse you can imagine! He was so attentive, sensitive, and conversational. He made the experience of being hospitalilzed emotionally and physically manageable and made me feel seen. He is a treasure. But all of the staff was wonderful and responsive. It was impressive that several people asked me about my experience and if I had any feedback. We are fortunate to have this hospital close to our home.

1 /5 StraightShooterGaming: Awful customer service and bedside manner. I had stomach surgery yesterday, my surgeon never once followed up with me after it was done. The nurses were nice and helpful the first night but the one today was awful didnt know what she was doing, could take blood properly. Im missing important prescriptions from my pharmacy for painkillers and one to put a protective coating on my stomach. I called the hospital 6th floor twice now to try and get ahold of someone, nobody picks up the phone. As far as other aspects, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, I couldnt sleep last night, my mom who was with me also couldnt sleep on the chair they brought in. The TV was convoluted with the menu and hardly had any channels besides local. I was told that I could graduate from clear liquid to full liquid several times by the nurse and residents last night but this morning they brought me clear liquid anyway and the nurse that did had a bad attitude and was very rude. Same one that couldnt take my blood. I was glad to be out of there. Obviously they put all their money into making the place look nice and now dont have any funds to hire competent staff or at adequate levels. If you need to have surgery done Id suggest looking elsewhere.
