AL S Recently a patient in the emergency room and admitted after. Both Er and upstairs experiences were phenomenal. Dr. Roddy and Dr. Perez both attended to me. Kind, respectful and attentive. The er is small and it was full, yet the staff allowed me in and attended to me in a room with recliners. Impressed that I was not left outside waiting. I felt that I was given personal attention. The nurse Adrian was also very attentive and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Perez sat next to me to ask me how I was feeling. Wow, I thought there are still doctors who sit and listen to patients. Once upstairs the amazing care continued. The nurses treated me with kindness. Mariam came in many times to check in on me so did the assistant. Thank you to all in the hospital.

The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. Ada Castro Dr.Jaime Sanchez is a wonderful physician. He greets you with a great smile, listens attentively to your complains, performs a complete physical exam, explains your condition, test results, and medications thoroughly, gives you time to ask questions, and gives a clear answer . He also has a great staff, very kind and efficient. I am very happy to have him as my doctor. God bless him and his staff!

Aimee Novaton Dr. Piñero is a great and knowledgeable doctor with impeccable bedside manner. He makes me feel like he is truly trying to help me receive the best care allowing me to trust him completely. He also explains medical terms in way that I am able to comprehend. I feel extremely lucky I have him as my cardiologist. He has treated my grandparents, my mom, and my aunt and they too have only great things to say about him. I would even venture to say, he is one of the best in his field, if not the best.
