5 /5 Michelle Dietrich: Ive been a patient of Dr. Karelia Ruiz for approximately 10-12 years. I live in Coral Springs, FL and eagerly choose to keep her as my primary doctor. She is thorough, knowledgeable & compassionate. She practices her craft with integrity and I highly recommend her services. The medical office is clean, organized and they do bloodwork on sight. Staff if quick & professional, no complaints whatsoever.

5 /5 R Espinal: Dr. Karelia Ruiz has been my Primary Care Physician for more than 20 years, and all I can say about her and her staff is that they have always exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ruiz is a very knowledgeable health care provider. I cant thank her enough for the special, dedicated and excellent care she has always provided not only to me but to my family as well. Therefore, without any doubt I can tell say that I feel blessed to have Dr. Karelia Ruiz as our PCP. She is always pending of your health improvement, by calling you on the monthly basis to see how’re you doing. Now let’s talk about the office staff and their customers service skills which are extremely important aspects when choosing the right doctor. Once you get there, Milagros check you-in, so you don’t have to wait too long as in other places, and on your way out you will be greeted by sweet and professional, Iris Borges, she’s one of a kind person. For her, nothing is too difficult to accomplish, she will finds the way to help you out, she could get you a Referral with the Insurance’s Approval, in a blink of an eye, you will be surprised of her dedication in going the extra for Dr. Karelia’s patients. All of these positive outcomes have to do with having the right Management Team, which is directed by experienced Naivi Palet. In conclusion, at this practice everyone tries their personal best to make you feel special when you need Dr. Karelia Ruiz medical attention.

1 /5 Yori: If I could give it zero stars it would be perfect. I didnt even have the chance to meet the doctor. I called to make the appointment with my health insurance and when I arrived they told me that they didnt accept my health insurance and that I had to pay for everything. I dont understand the truth, what a huge lack of respect. My first impression was very bad, not only because of the insurance but because of the attitude of the person who attended me. I went to show her my insurance card on the phone and she wasnt even able to look at my face. Thats why we need to clean up this country. They are hiring any trash to do the work that has to do with patients who need medical attention. They dont go there because they need to get their nails done or because they need to dye their hair. Its because it is necessarily medical for patients to get care. I think that doctors should have better scrutiny when hiring people. This was very disrespectful.
