Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

justin sharbono Blake Hospital really helped my mom when she was not feeling well. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super nice and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable right away. The nurses were amazing! They took the time to explain what was happening and answered all our questions. My mom felt like she was in good hands. They checked on her often and made sure she had everything she needed. The doctors were also really caring. They listened to my mom’s concerns and didn’t rush through everything, which made us feel like they actually cared. They worked together as a team, so it was nice to see everyone was on the same page about my mom’s treatment. The hospital was clean and organized, which made things easier for us during a stressful time. We didn’t have to wait too long for tests and treatments, so that was a huge relief. Overall, our experience at Blake Hospital was great! They took fantastic care of my mom, and we are so grateful for all the help we received. If anyone needs care, I would definitely recommend Blake Hospital!

Michelle Hawkins Pleasantly surprised by our experience as normally the service at an urgent care is not high quality. My daughter has felt a lot of pressure in her ears from all the swimming this week while on vacation and we could see a lot of wax build up in her ear and was concerned with an ear infection. Being from out of town we wanted to get it checked out before our flight. The MA was wonderful and spent atleast 15 minutes cleaning out both ears to relieve the pressure and the doctor was also super helpful answering all our questions and confirming no ear infection.

Janeen Olson Dr Sharma is Very caring attentive doctor. Any experience I have had with him has been amazing. I have recommended several friends to go to him. Nothing but positive visits with Dr Sharma. On a scale of 1 to 10 definitely 10!

Matt The hospital is beautiful, all departments are well marked. The staff from outpatient desk, Diagnostic Testing,Patient Registration so helpful, friendly and personable. Pre-op staff excellent, nurses explained everything before the procedure was done.Operating Room Nurses and Drs were great. Explained procedure prior happening.I was in recovery before I knew it. My Nurse was fabulous, very compassionate, anticipated my questions. Recovery Room. Fabulous as well. Explained all Discharge paperwork.!Very positive experience.

Thomas F Nice, competent doctors Covid precautions are enforced. Office and lobby were being disinfected while I waited, it looked like a routine thing for them. Appointments are easy to make. Really dont have anything bad to say about them.

Tori Cole Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.

Zeneida Colon I came in to change my daughter’s immunization card to a Florida format. I was told I had to wait two weeks. Once I explain my situation the supervisor did the format immediately. I was so grateful now my daughter could start school tomorrow. Thank you for your service.
