5 /5 Tom Arnold: This is by far one of the best medical groups I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. From the time you walk into the office, the staff is quick and efficient. Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

1 /5 Tori: I never write bad reviews but I am so fed up. I have been trying to get a prior authorization for my migraine medicine for well over a month now. I get SEVERE chronic migraines that are debilitating and send me to the ER, and the office knows this as I have communicated multiple times how I am desperate and cannot function without this medication. No one ever calls me back despite the numerous phone calls Ive made stressing the urgency of this. I am supposed to be taking a pill every other day for my migraines and have had 0 pills since the beginning of March. It is now almost May. I honestly feel neglected by this place and I cant wait to find another doctor/office that takes my situation seriously.

1 /5 Ashanti Bethea: I just had the worst experience talking with Robin over the phone. She was very rude and unprofessional. I tried to set up an appointment with her as a new patient. I informed her that I have epilepsy and asked her what I was supposed to if I couldnt be seen there. She laughed and to told me to go to the ER. She was very condescending and told me that I couldnt be seen even if I had my old Neurologist send records to them. I then spoke to her manager who informed me that I could be seen there if I had my records sent over from my old Neurologist. The manager, Sue, was great! She was very professional and resolved the issue for me. However, Robin should not be working in a field that deals with customer service since she is unable to provide patients with a great customer service experience. And I am forced to give a star, but if it was up to me, I would have given zero stars.

4 /5 Ron Martini: A lot of the negative reviews Ive seen are about the staff. Im a new patient and have had no issues at all with the staff. I was able to get an appointment at a reasonable time. They sent the new patient paperwork to me so I could fill it out in advance rather than in the waiting room. The staff was very professional and friendly. So far so good. My appointment is tomorrow. Ill let you know how it was in person.

1 /5 Henry Higgins: It becomes irrelevant that a practice has good doctors (though they do) when the office staff is so bad. There is a particular section at this practice where they are incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and will flat out lie. They will lie to cover themselves, lie to protect one another, and they dont care how that will affect you, the patient. Some of the lies were absurd; asking to speak with the office manager, I was variously told that she was not in that day, or in a meeting every single time I asked. They would not give me her name or extension number, and quite obviously never delivered messages. On multiple occasions, having brought such matters to the attention of my doctor, I was told "I dont get involved in the office side of things." That has a direct and negative impact on the quality and timeliness of the care you as a patient need and deserve. The fact that a doctor has no concern about it tells you everything you need to know about their commitment to helping you.
