Tori Cole Awful, lady hung up on me 3 times and would not give me her name or allow me to speak to her manager. All I needed was her to fax over a simple paper so my son can start school and she was incapable of doing such a simple task.

Tom Arnold This is by far one of the best medical groups I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. From the time you walk into the office, the staff is quick and efficient. Wait times to see the doctor are within 5 minutes of your appointment. Dr. Cabrera takes the time to listen and is very concerned about my health. I would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Medical Group to anyone looking for a highly efficient and caring group of physicians and staff. 5++ stars.

justin sharbono Blake Hospital really helped my mom when she was not feeling well. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super nice and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel comfortable right away. The nurses were amazing! They took the time to explain what was happening and answered all our questions. My mom felt like she was in good hands. They checked on her often and made sure she had everything she needed. The doctors were also really caring. They listened to my mom’s concerns and didn’t rush through everything, which made us feel like they actually cared. They worked together as a team, so it was nice to see everyone was on the same page about my mom’s treatment. The hospital was clean and organized, which made things easier for us during a stressful time. We didn’t have to wait too long for tests and treatments, so that was a huge relief. Overall, our experience at Blake Hospital was great! They took fantastic care of my mom, and we are so grateful for all the help we received. If anyone needs care, I would definitely recommend Blake Hospital!

Aaliyah Arguez Leaving a 2 star because the staff was friendly and my past experiences there were great. However in a medical office friendly is not enough. My most recent visit was just a few days ago and there were issues from the moment I went to see the doctor to extra undiscussed billing. Everyone seemed to be disorganized and none of my questions were answered.

The check-in process was seamless and the staff made me feel like a priority. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. The entire team worked quickly to address my medical issue, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which only added to the sense of calm in what can be a stressful situation.
