The check-in process was seamless and the staff made me feel like a priority. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. The entire team worked quickly to address my medical issue, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which only added to the sense of calm in what can be a stressful situation. Thomas F Nice, competent doctors Covid precautions are enforced. Office and lobby were being disinfected while I waited, it looked like a routine thing for them. Appointments are easy to make. Really dont have anything bad to say about them.

There was no wait and they got us right back Deanna RN took us right back and made sure everything went smoothly, keeping my comfortable while we awaited diagnostics. Dr Wiesinger was amazing and took great care of us and gave a fast diagnosis!

Michelle Hawkins Pleasantly surprised by our experience as normally the service at an urgent care is not high quality. My daughter has felt a lot of pressure in her ears from all the swimming this week while on vacation and we could see a lot of wax build up in her ear and was concerned with an ear infection. Being from out of town we wanted to get it checked out before our flight. The MA was wonderful and spent atleast 15 minutes cleaning out both ears to relieve the pressure and the doctor was also super helpful answering all our questions and confirming no ear infection.
