Kevin Thompson I dont understand why someone would leave a negative review because this shop wouldnt work on their particular model of vehicle. You should be happy they are honest about their specialization. Ive been working with Jeff and Matthew for years and theyve been GREAT. Top pros and always attentive to my bottom line. Id sell my second car and buy another Audi just to keep these guys in the family. Ive recommended Jeffs German Auto to friends and they couldnt be happier.

Kelley Extremely professional and welcoming repair shop! Im very thankful I was fit in both times my car needed service unexpectedly. I think the prices are fair as well. As a woman, I didnt feel intimidated coming in, as Bill is very friendly and good at explaining what issues are and why/how they happen. I will be coming here for any future vehicle needs.

The owners were so helpful is diagnosing what needed to be done first and worked with me to fit it into my budget. They also have a loaner vehicle so you dont have to miss time off work. Very professional and great customer service. Ill be back!

Steven Williams Ran into these folks in a pinch when a carshare vehicle of mine ended up abandoned at their shop with two flat tires. Nice lady on the phone helped us confirm it was still there and the GPS was right. Once I got there, a kind gentleman helped me load the car on my transport trailer, gave me directions on how to get home, and all in all, they just seemed like real nice honest people.

Miriana this place was recommended to me by my job. I went for an oil change and was very pleased by their quick and quality service! i went again today to get my brake fluid replaced and i was still happy their work. they went out of their way to check my car and even my tires! they didnt hassel me with any unnecessary repairs and they let me know some things to just keep my eye on. they always explained every issue and what they did to fix it. 10/10 would recommend!

Ebonae Needed my ignition coil and sparks plugs done. Was quoted at Advance tire services 1500 . Mr. Isaac and Charlie at Old School garage took care of me. Save us about 600 dollars. My truck runs so smooth!!!!! Awesome place done in a day. Had me back up in running!!!!! Stop overpaying for mechanical work. Go check out Old school Garage!!!!! Located just past wards. A Newsharm Needed a nail removed from my tire and a plug. I called ahead and they said to come in. 15min later I was there and 15more minutes then I was on my way. Very happy with the job done right and no run around. I would definitely reccomend this place to others.

Nicole Washburn I’ve never met a more HONEST or compassionate team of mechanics in my life. After years of being overcharged and misled by different mechanics, I was terrified when my car broke down. I had it towed to the dealership who quoted me over $11,000 and said I needed a new engine (a 2020 vehicle I’ve owned for a year). I took a leap of faith and had it towed here — and it was the best decision I could’ve made. They told me my engine was perfectly fine and fixed the issue for literally a quarter of the cost and in about a week. Today, I drove my car home with tears in my eyes. As a mom of two babies, this meant everything to our lives. Thank you for treating me with honesty, kindness, and care. You guys don’t know how much you truly impact a persons life! ❤️
