Des I recently had some scratches and a dent on my car repaired, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Armand was fantastic from start to finish: super professional, clear, and responsive. The communication was great, with consistent follow-ups throughout the week so I always knew what was happening. The service was impressively quick, and the price was very reasonable. The results speak for themselves and the scratch is completely gone, like it never even happened! (Check out the before and after photos! Amazing, right?) James If you own a Mercedes, new or old, and are tired of having your wallet emptied on repairs or tired of getting the run around on whats really wrong with your car, this is the place to take your car. I was first referred, quietly, by a salesman at Mercedes Gainesville, but I didnt have faith in him or the mechanics after many trips for the same problems. In 2017, a neighbor referred me to Star Imports--confirmation! Im so glad I took a chance and I wont use anyone else, because Josh & the other techs know their stuff. Do your research, but I think youll be pleased using Star Imports for your Benz. They do it all. Call and ask. Donna

As a woman, I didnt feel intimidated coming in, as Bill is very friendly and good at explaining what issues are and why/how they happen. I will be coming here for any future vehicle needs.

Steven Williams Ran into these folks in a pinch when a carshare vehicle of mine ended up abandoned at their shop with two flat tires. Nice lady on the phone helped us confirm it was still there and the GPS was right. Once I got there, a kind gentleman helped me load the car on my transport trailer, gave me directions on how to get home, and all in all, they just seemed like real nice honest people.

Miriana this place was recommended to me by my job. I went for an oil change and was very pleased by their quick and quality service! i went again today to get my brake fluid replaced and i was still happy their work. they went out of their way to check my car and even my tires! they didnt hassel me with any unnecessary repairs and they let me know some things to just keep my eye on. they always explained every issue and what they did to fix it. 10/10 would recommend!
