Crystal Klaproth Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Thank you all for a great experience

Debra Snyder I broke my femur while vacationing in Key West. Dr Perry came to the emergency room to advise me about what his plan was to fix my leg. He was clear in his explanations and he put me at ease while I waited for surgery the next morning. The surgery went very well from my perspective. I remained in Key West for two follow up visits, my fractured femur healing without incident. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive and so is Dr Perry. He always treated me kindly and with respect. Since getting back home to Georgia, I followed up with an orthopedic practice here, femurs are big bones and take a while to fully heal. The doctors here were pleased with Dr Perry’s work on my leg - no complaints! Thank you Dr Perry!

Madisson Gouveia As other reviews mention, the stuff at LKMC ER are absolutely fantastic. I went in feeling awful, in so much pain. They helped me quickly and gave me the best care to get to back on my feet. Finding yourself in the ER is never pleasant, but they made it so comfortable for me. I don’t remember my triage nurse’s name who gave me a warm blanket and a quick check in, but I appreciate her. I also don’t remember my two sweet nurses names, but they were wonderful. I only remember Dr Caleb’s name who was professional, efficient, straight forward and kind. They all were. I am very appreciative!

andrea hera Dr. Tingle always goes out of his way when he takes care of my husband or me. I’ve never met a more personal, thoughtful, trusted family care doctor. His office staff is very pleasant as well. I can highly recommend them.

Phyllis May Always quick in and out. Rarely have to wait long in waiting room. When called back, staff is quick and efficient to do their procedures before Dr. Rodriguez comes in. As always, he is very thorough, explains things and you leave without questions and a lot of confidence in your doctor. So glad we have him with his association with Mt. Sinai.

J V Been in the military for nearly a decade, and I’ve been to many healthcare facilities. This place is the worst one I’ve been to in my career. Low staffed, long wait times, and the staff that are there never answer the phones. If they do happen to answer, you’re put on hold for about half an hour as if they are extremely busy, but if you show up to the facility it’s a ghost town. If you need an appointment, prepare to wait at least 20+ days to be seen.

Aigul Itol I had an appointment with Dr. Santiago: a kind, responsive, friendly doctor, which I really like. He responds to every complaint, explains the reasons for my ailments. He answers all my questions related to my health. A meticulous and very attentive therapist, especially to details, the doctor loves his job, you can feel it right away! Gary Gomer Dr. Fariss is one of those doctors you rarely see anymore. I had a Lithotripsy procedure done and was one of the few patients that got muscle spasms from the actual machine, which is very painful. When I first reached out to Dr. Fariss due to the pain, of course it was well after business hours and Dr. Fariss returned my call within minutes. He provided some very helpful ways to get through the pain, and then he called back after a few hours to make sure I was OK. That almost never happens now a days. He also called the next morning to make sure I was OK. Then on a Saturday night at 10:30pm I started to have pain again and called him, he called me right back again within minutes and had me try a few things which completely stopped the pain. Then he called back at 11:30pm to make sure I was good. Then on Sunday morning he called me to see if I was still OK, which I was fine at that point and he asked me if I wanted to come into the office today (on a Sunday) and he would remove the Stent (previously scheduled for Wednesday) so it would relieve my discomfort, which I jumped at the chance. It took days off my recovery. I know there are a lot of details in this review but only because Dr. Fariss went above and beyond so many times that most doctors would never do. I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Fariss is just such an amazing Doctor and Person who REALLY cares about his patients. For most people this procedure is a pretty quick recovery with very little pain but it is good to know that Dr. Fariss will be there for you should you have any unusual discomfort or Pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Charles London Dr. Beysolow is kind, caring and very knowledgeable about kidney issues. He has taught me a lot and I am grateful that I found his office. I give his staff an A+ as well because they do a good job dealing with the number of patients coming in and out of this office. They are friendly as well.
