1 /5 J V: Been in the military for nearly a decade, and I’ve been to many healthcare facilities. This place is the worst one I’ve been to in my career. Low staffed, long wait times, and the staff that are there never answer the phones. If they do happen to answer, you’re put on hold for about half an hour as if they are extremely busy, but if you show up to the facility it’s a ghost town. If you need an appointment, prepare to wait at least 20+ days to be seen.

1 /5 eMiLy MM Wright: People at the Reception have no clue of their job - the nurse is always not available and never return a call after leaving your details. You can’t be seen immediately as you have to always wait to have an appointment 5-15days - a uniformed staff at the reception wears her “newly rebonded” hair touching the collars of her uniform which is a BIG NO NO to any military personnel whether you are enlisted or ranking officer.

1 /5 Nicole Lam: The worst medical office I have ever had to go to. The “nurses” have no idea what they are doing. They are not properly trained. The doctors make A LOT of mistakes like giving out patient information “by accident.” It’s so unfair and unfortunate that living in KW as a military family that this is my only option. They won’t write me a referral to take my son somewhere else even though I don’t even trust their “nurses” to give my child a vaccine. I hope they read this. I also hope they received the complaint I filed on them to the department of health. That’s how bad it is.

1 /5 jacob shea: Where did LT Bryant come from? And when is she leaving! If being rude and belittling people makes her think shes better at her job, she needs to find a new line of work. She should not be allowed to talk to people the way that she does. Another encounter like this and she will have a report filed against her.

1 /5 Maggie Daniel: Worst medical visit I have ever had. Mental illness is a real thing and to have a doctor make you feel like youre crazy and doing the wrong thing is unacceptable. I would stay away from commander Wishmeyer.
