5 /5 Madisson Gouveia: As other reviews mention, the stuff at LKMC ER are absolutely fantastic. I went in feeling awful, in so much pain. They helped me quickly and gave me the best care to get to back on my feet. Finding yourself in the ER is never pleasant, but they made it so comfortable for me. I don’t remember my triage nurse’s name who gave me a warm blanket and a quick check in, but I appreciate her. I also don’t remember my two sweet nurses names, but they were wonderful. I only remember Dr Caleb’s name who was professional, efficient, straight forward and kind. They all were. I am very appreciative!

3 /5 Barb Holman: The waiting room and ER were VERY COLD!!! I had to ask for two heated blankets. The ER was very busy, so the wait was 5 hours or more. The PA I saw was very nice, professional and explained things very well. The young woman that did my ultrasound was very nice and personable. The ems trainees, wrapped my leg backwards, it should’ve been distal to proximal, but it wasn’t, it was the opposite. I changed the direction when I got home. It should be pointed out to the two male EMS trainees. Thank you.

5 /5 Marjorie Spoto: I went in due to an extreme migraine. I was taken back quickly. The nurses and doctors took my pain seriously and gave me something for it. Did CT scans. Thankfully, nothing serious was going on. The experience from this time and my previous experience are completely different. Something changed, and for the better. And it was the intake nurse. Last March, I was left crying in pain from food poisoning in the lobby for 45 minutes when it was an empty room. This time it was less than 10 minutes when I was put into a room. Thank you for addressing that issue. Thank you for the excellent service.

5 /5 Michael Rae: Check in quick & friendly. Information about illness collected excellently with lots of relevant questions. Intake person was fantastic. She’s a credit to your facility. Brought to back and blood drawn very nicely and she set up antibiotics easily and painlessly. Doctor came and she was fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable. Got to the issues, ordered the right tests and scans and she determined the issue within a short amount of time. Would love to have this doctor as my personal physician. She was the best in all aspects. Bottom line… I’m from Ohio, they knew they’d never see me again but I got the best treatment and attention. Totally happy with the service & Im on the road to recovery.

5 /5 George Rohwer: We got in quickly for a fairly nonemergent visit. I did sit in a hall bed which was fine. The Dr. came to the bedside quickly asked direct and pertinent questions, he did a specific exam gave me his diagnosis and told us the treatment plan. He came back with medicine and tools needed and performed the procedure himself. He was done and we were out quickly instructions and medication in hand.
