Key West VA Outpatient Clinic - Key West (FL)

Cheryl Miller When we arrived to Key West I was already a few days into a cold/sinus infection and for whatever reason I spent the first night throwing up. I literally spent nearly the first 2 days of our 7 day trip in bed. I knew I was pretty dehydrated. I did some research to see if this type of service was available because if it wasn’t it would’ve been a trip to the ER. Paul was incredibly kind every step of the way. I was already starting to feel better by the time he left. Our vacation would’ve been a completely different one if I had not called them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Paul for saving our vacation.

Debra Snyder I broke my femur while vacationing in Key West. Dr Perry came to the emergency room to advise me about what his plan was to fix my leg. He was clear in his explanations and he put me at ease while I waited for surgery the next morning. The surgery went very well from my perspective. I remained in Key West for two follow up visits, my fractured femur healing without incident. The office staff is friendly, helpful and responsive and so is Dr Perry. He always treated me kindly and with respect. Since getting back home to Georgia, I followed up with an orthopedic practice here, femurs are big bones and take a while to fully heal. The doctors here were pleased with Dr Perry’s work on my leg - no complaints! Thank you Dr Perry!

kwAnthony1986 Ive been seeing Dr. Rossi since Jan. 2019. I cant say enough good things about her- shes incredibly competent at what she does. Ive been seeing different doctors for depression since 2003 and they could never get my meds right. Dr. Rossi had it figured out in no time and I am finally feeling normal. She is also incredibly kind and compassionate. Just overall a great person!

Madisson Gouveia As other reviews mention, the stuff at LKMC ER are absolutely fantastic. I went in feeling awful, in so much pain. They helped me quickly and gave me the best care to get to back on my feet. Finding yourself in the ER is never pleasant, but they made it so comfortable for me. I don’t remember my triage nurse’s name who gave me a warm blanket and a quick check in, but I appreciate her. I also don’t remember my two sweet nurses names, but they were wonderful. I only remember Dr Caleb’s name who was professional, efficient, straight forward and kind. They all were. I am very appreciative!

teri g Sandra Shue, APRN-BC, is quite possibly the kindest and most caring medical professional I have ever dealt with. She treated my eye problem efficiently and well, but it is her empathy about what I was going through that makes her truly exceptional. Thank you, Nurse Shue.

Sudyen Muguruza Dr. Covignton is the most caring person I’ve ever met. He really cares about his patients, on top of that his team is truly exceptional but Selena takes the gold metal. She is on top of everything and makes sure every patient understands everything. She is definitely a great access to his team. The office wouldn’t be as good without her!!!

Rene Romo McElderry I have suffered from allergies for years while living in the Florida Keys. I was referred to Dr. Piniella over 8 years ago. When I had my initial screening, he was shocked and said I was allergic to most everything - but if I stuck to the treatment schedule, my allergies will get better. He was right! I no longer suffer from frequent sinus infections / sinusitis, etc. Seeing Dr. Piniella was a game changer, for sure! Thank you Dr. Piniella and Chelsea (my sweet girl who gives me shots every other week) for making my life so much better!!!
