Dee Miller This is an update to my last review. We still love our San Jose location. In fact, we went today. What incredible thing happened today?? They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

Drew Duran 10/10 I don’t usually say this about the dentist, but my visit here was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!

Zale Ive been with Jacksonville Family Dentistry for several years. I have always been very happy with and recommend them. When my former dentist retired and sold his practice, that new office began to feel as though doing more procedures, billing insurance, and making more money was their new path. Then Jacksonville Family Dentistry was recommended to me. It was a return to the standard I was used to; personalized care, professionalism, friendly faces. I have been with them ever since. Just yesterday I had a minor dental emergency and was able to be seen same day. This is why I recommend them, have no plans to leave their practice, and finally post this long overdue review.

Susan Wise I had my first visit today with Dr. PRENDI. His assistant Sarah was so wonderful. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It is the first time that I enjoyed going to a dental care office. It was a fun place to be. When is the last time you felt like that going to the dentist? I highly recommend this fabulous group of fun and happy people!!!!

Delilah Harrison I have been going here for 4 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Staff are all so sweet and welcoming, the facility is clean, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to help me get the work I need done for teeth in a timeframe and budget I can manage and give me realistic expectations regarding what needs to be urgently done, versus when timing is better for me. All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a wonderful job. Also, the dental plan they have for people with no dental insurance has been HUGE for me the last 4 years, I finally have true dental insurance and will still continue to use them. I have recommended other friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

Kelsey Crews absolutely love this office ! I have anxiety with doctors and dentists but i felt so loved here ! The staff is super friendly & helpful makes you feel right at home! I love the dentist too she is very patient, thorough & understanding as well :)

Diane Ellis Very clean, professional, personal n kind Today is March 13 2025. The above comments were 2 weeks ago,on my 1st visit. Today was most remarkable. As before,everything clean beautiful, the staff, Jalynn(hygienist) very nice professional. I went back for the Dental Care needed .. ,I felt safe comfortable. The young lady that helped Dr.Clark was very kind , Professional.. then Dr.Clark Did took out all the old fillings put ...up. to date ones in, that werent Cracking my teeth. No pain at all, then Jalynn Cleaned and polished My teeth. I was very pleased and grateful that My retired navy husband found them.. Thank all of you. Mr.Mrs.Mavis , Herb Ellis

Stacy Lee Had a great experience today. I was prepared for two fillings (based on my last checkup) but once he got to drilling, doc said that one was superficial and we would just keep an eye on it. So I REALLY appreciate they don’t drill unless they need to. (It’s unfortunate I even have to say that but it’s become something you hear now.) Doc was also patient while I showed him pictures of my teeth in the morning - I was freaking out that I was losing enamel. Apparently my teeth just get dry at night and that made a couple of old glue spots from my braces become more evident. So he gave them a quick polish to calm my fears.
