Tammie Hackett I had a great first experience at Tropea Dental! My wait time was short, and the hygienist who handled my X-rays was efficient, took her time, explained everything she was doing and what she found along the way. Dr. Monford then provided a thorough overview of my dental health and the treatments I would need. I received a clear breakdown of the services performed, costs, and payment details. The entire team was professional, efficient, and so kind. For someone who has dental anxiety, the welcoming atmosphere made the visit even better. I highly recommend Tropea Dental!

Rodolfo Barros All the ladies here took great care of me! Im very appreciative. I’m very cautious when going into dentist offices due to previous experiences at other dental places. But I was referred to Greenberg Dental by a friend who’s whole family goes here. Everyone here was friendly and knowledgable. And they showed great care during the procedure and tended to my tooth’s sensitivity. Filling feels nice. They were straight forward with pricing and as of right now everything works with my insurance so I’m very happy! I will update if anything changes in that regard

Dee Miller This is an update to my last review. We still love our San Jose location. In fact, we went today. What incredible thing happened today?? They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

John 13:7 They treated me with personalized professionalism. Its a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctors office. Its really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and lets you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - Im thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

Joan Bartlett This was my first visit. The entire staff was very personable and willing to help in every way. Callie was my hygienist and she did an amazing job. She kept me informed of what she was doing, and why. Dr. Bell was also very personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything I needed to know about my exam. Both of them were very thorough. Love this top notch Family Dentistry Practice.

Geraldine Whitaker My first experience with Riverside Dental was several years ago. I had a great experience with the team at that time. My situation at the time was not as major as it is today. The staff was great then. My problem is my own because I didnt follow up as I probably should have , and caused myself major issues. In spite of this when I had to come back, I received an excellent concerned evaluation of my situation. I was surprised to see Dr. Spencer. He referred that I see a Surgeon at UF Health, Dr. Fernandez. However, I was assigned to Dr. Caruso. I never saw him - just his assistants. That was not a pleasant encounter at all because I felt they could care less about resolving my issue because of my age and other reasons. When I reported back to Riverside, the team gave me a hopeful assessment. They all were great. Dr. Spencer even helped me get out of my car and into the building because I need Hip surgery too. The Surgeon evaluated my issue and gave me hope. Dr. Spencer stated that he was going to reach out to Dr. Fernandez again. Even the office staff was awesome. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that will listen.

Aliya Clean establishment and welcoming staff! From the front desk to the highly trained and informative team this dental office is a true gem. Ms. Vee really made me feel comfortable with her personable attitude, so knowledgeable and professional, she listened to my concerns and helped me to feel more confident about my dental health. Definitely recommended.

Delilah Harrison I have been going here for 4 years now and every experience has been wonderful! Staff are all so sweet and welcoming, the facility is clean, and the dentist is very knowledgeable. They have worked with me on numerous occasions to help me get the work I need done for teeth in a timeframe and budget I can manage and give me realistic expectations regarding what needs to be urgently done, versus when timing is better for me. All the dental hygienist are so sweet and do a wonderful job. Also, the dental plan they have for people with no dental insurance has been HUGE for me the last 4 years, I finally have true dental insurance and will still continue to use them. I have recommended other friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

Lauren Keul I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years. I was so nervous to go to a new dentist. Sage Dental was amazing. After the exam, I had a mild case of gingivitis and they were able to do the cleaning right away & made sure I was not in any pain during the in depth cleaning. The staff were very welcoming & answered all of my questions and concerns. Mo, Dr Ross, and I don’t remember the name of the lovely dental hygienist (think it started with an M) made this a memorable experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you to all!

Farrah Winant I just had my first cleaning at River Oaks Dental. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! My dental hygienist Rachel was amazing! She was extremely thorough and took ample time to capture initial photos, X-rays, scans, etc. I have not had this good of a cleaning in a long time. I transferred from another dentist and wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to transfer. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Monteiro was amazing as well. She is very caring and wants to make sure that my oral health is properly monitored considering my history. I have not received this level of concern at my previous provider. I felt very welcomed from the moment I made the appointment to just a few minutes ago when Rachel followed up with post appointment. This is a great group of professionals that handle everyone with kindness and humanity! I highly recommend River Oaks Dental for all of your dental needs!!
