1 /5 Organizer Gabby: There is a Cruela supervisor in the office 210 and her name is CIARA. She wanted to cancel my appointment only because I had my 2 sons with me. I brought them with me cause I am a single mother and have noone to watch them. Without caring they are innocent children and one disabled i needed to leave them outside in the heat or anywhere else but the lobby when there was only 1 more patient filling paper work and leaving after that. Thanks God there is always an Angel and it was Dr. Jerath, Nivedita who told me that was absolutely wrong and came wirh with me out the office to bring my children inside not only in the office but with me in the room I was seen and gave them snacks and drinks. At least theres always someone with heart, sympathy and moral outthere that can help. The Cruela is behind the crystal window inside an office

5 /5 Jessica ID: I finally found the right psychiatrist for me after years of being between doctors. Dr. J shows concern for my well being and that I cannot thank her enough! Her clinical team is fantastic as well. My first visit there was very smooth. Such lovely ladies! Ease of scheduling appointments is amazing, no wait for appointments, just an overall good practice to go to! Thanks AdventHealth psychiatric team!

5 /5 Cori Hairel: Ive been to many different facilities for counseling and medication management, this is by far the best. It is difficult to get in originally - they are definitely busy - but that is because they do such a fabulous job. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant... and my time with Dr G and Catherine has been so comfortable that I feel like Ive been searching for this place since my first diagnosis years ago. For the first time Im getting the tools to really manage my bi-polar (not just with medication) and Im discovering how to heal what can be healed and how to be the person Ive always wanted to be. The support from Behavioral Health has been invaluable.

2 /5 Jacy Bloom: The first review is for the business: Dont go here unless a friend or family member recommends a specific doctor or counselor. This is a large practice with a corporate feel. They want their money. They want it before youre even seen. Sure, I understand if a patient wants to prepay, but dont force me to pay you ahead of time. Its just a tacky way of doing business with a doctor. Their initial exam fee is cheaper than most offices, but dont let them fool you. Their policy is to have a patient return for a follow up within a few weeks. This is where they make up for that low initial exam fee. For a patient who just needs medicine maintenance an immediate followup is not needed and no other practice I have gone to has required this. I will say that the staff were very polite and professional. The second review is for my psychiatrist. This is a special case that Linda B. accepted. I had just moved about 3 hours away, but I really liked her and believed she could and would help me. I started a medicine change and we touched base every few days. Of course I understand the need to get reimbursed so I was willing to pay for a special phone consultation (I appreciate not being charged for each 5 minute call.) The situation got difficult. The medicine change did not go well. Phone conversations were more challenging for a couple days. And she then recommends I find a physician closer to me. Were mid medicine change and Im not completely stable. And she recommends I find someone else. That is quite unbelievable and unprofessional. She accepted this case. She knew the difficulty. She shouldnt have suddenly decided that this is too challenging. Sure, a little bit of a bone to pick, but I still wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone.

1 /5 Julia Katzin: The staff is rude at worst and inattentive at best. They sent my medications all over Florida for several months. Some months, they would send every prescription except for one to the correct pharmacy. I dont know how that works, but like ok I guess. I had to quite literally scream at someone (which I dont do) to get the correct meds sent to my pharmacy. My actual doctor started out great, but the more we continued to work together, the worse it got. At my most recent appointment, I was not listened to and invalidated when I attempted to talk through the daily issues I experience due to my mental illness. As we continued talking, it became very clear that my doctor was only interested in her time, not my wellbeing. Also, doctors here are frequently 10-15 minutes late to appointments. That was not a personal issue, just something I have noticed and wanted to share in case someone is reading these reviews to consider booking an appointment. I would avoid this place if you have another option. update besties: They only sent one of my medications to the correct pharmacy after my appointment today. Literally do not go here. Getting my meds has been a nightmare almost every time.
