Autopros Repair Shop LLC
Luz Marquez-Mocarsky I had a great experience at Autopros Repair Shop in Tampa/Tempke Terrace area. The Owner Malvin as well as the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All very honest and made me feel safe and like family. I had just towed my car to a different shop in the area that told me my car needed a new transmission without even looking at it and wanted me to pay an outrageous amount even though I explained the car had been perfectly fine and that the problem was that I could not move the shift handle at all. I luckily was able to tow it to Autopros and they with all honesty explained it was just the shift cable that was broken and fixed it! They furthermore told me the car was fine and no need to change transmission or anything else at the moment. I cant thank Melvin enough and everyone there. May God continue to bless this shop to allow locals have a good place to fix their cars. Thank you all.

Demetri was able to get my car in to be reviewed very quickly and did a great job of wrapping things up at the end. Juan was very thorough and honest in his assessment of the car. I wasn’t able to be home when he worked on the car but he was willing to come out to plant city and work on my vehicle and provided pictures as he worked on it. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use them. My car took a bit longer than expected for the repairs. But I was kept in the loop and given regular updates, there were no surprises. Sarah Geiler Bruce is a rare find in the world of auto mechanics! He is HONEST and only does work that your vehicle actually needs. Prices are fair and he took the time to explain the issues with my car to me, without me having to ask. He wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. I 100% recommend Bruce and Carrollwood Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service. As a female with little knowledge about cars and how they work, it can be very difficult to find an honest company to do work on my vehicle. I went in believing I had an oil leak and ended up spending less than $50.00 to fix the issue. This is a trustworthy company and you won’t be disappointed giving them your business. 1-25-24: Came back to update my review because Google won’t allow me to leave a second. Bruce is a genuinely wonderful human being who diagnosed my car and refused to take a dime for the diagnosis because the news wasn’t good. He took me step by step through the process of filling my brake fluid and was so incredibly kind to me. He also managed to fit me in basically same day when he was booked solid for a week straight. This is the guy you want to fix your car. People like this really don’t exist anymore and you should jump at the chance to have Bruce as your mechanic!
