Tara Holmes Long story short- I had a couple of issues that happened one after the other- with my 2020 Audi Q5- same issues coming up. They did not hesitate to address the concerns and make good of the situation. They were honest, reliable and kind. Kyle Hankins Tony will likely be the only honest mechanic you will ever meet in your life. He has been working on my vehicle and my familys vehicles since the early 90s. He has had enough opportunities to change unnecessary parts and upcharge us and he has not. Case in point: Car died. I replaced the battery. Days later it died again. At that point Tony could have easily said it is the alternator and had had us do an unnecessary repair. Called me later saying the battery terminal was loose on the new battery and nothing is wrong. He tightened it up and did not charge me.

Mary Etheridge Some 20 something driver decided to turn left from the far right lane because GPS said to turn left. Thanks to Karla, Mike, and Xavier my bumper is back to being pretty again. Sarah Schaller Felix was awesome! He was prompt, willing to wait for us to get the car part, and so so helpful! Our alternator on our subaru died and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quick and easy. Inexpensive, as well! Well worth it!

Sarah Geiler Bruce is a rare find in the world of auto mechanics! He is HONEST and only does work that your vehicle actually needs. Prices are fair and he took the time to explain the issues with my car to me, without me having to ask. He wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. I 100% recommend Bruce and Carrollwood Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service. As a female with little knowledge about cars and how they work, it can be very difficult to find an honest company to do work on my vehicle. I went in believing I had an oil leak and ended up spending less than $50.00 to fix the issue. This is a trustworthy company and you won’t be disappointed giving them your business. 1-25-24: Came back to update my review because Google won’t allow me to leave a second. Bruce is a genuinely wonderful human being who diagnosed my car and refused to take a dime for the diagnosis because the news wasn’t good. He took me step by step through the process of filling my brake fluid and was so incredibly kind to me. He also managed to fit me in basically same day when he was booked solid for a week straight. This is the guy you want to fix your car. People like this really don’t exist anymore and you should jump at the chance to have Bruce as your mechanic!

Jessie Reyes I am extremely skeptical about going to mechanics thanks to a very bad experience i had years ago so if i leave a 5 star review you know I had THE BEST service! Carlus and the rest of the staff was AMAZING. They are caring and honest people that dont take advantage of you.
