Gloria Coolman This is the best auto shop I have been to. They are personable, transparent, and reasonable. I usually hate going to any car places, especially as a young woman who feels constantly taken advantage of. However, they took me into the garage to show me exactly what was going on with my car, explained what needed to be done, and treated me with respect as an equal. Definitely coming back!

Michelle Nunemaker Mr Willie is knowledgeable and honest, and the 2nd one is hard to find now days. We took our Nissan Murano into a place of business bc the ac was blowing but hot. This place quoted us $1200, Willie said we just needed Freon and charged me $80. Tampa is blessed to have Willie and team close. Thank u Willie.

karen force First time hiring a mobile mechanic, and we decided to try Zeke with OTW Mechanics. From the first call, we were impressed—he quickly provided pricing for our repairs and scheduled us right away. His communication was excellent, letting us know when he was on his way and arriving on time. His setup is impressive—essentially a fully equipped mobile mechanic shop, organized and professional. Our issue was tricky to diagnose, but it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, troubleshooting step by step with precision. We even had him do an additional repair—replacing our yellowed headlights on the Camry. Our regular mechanic had quoted us months ago (using Toyota dealer headlights) and I fell over at the price and installation costs. I asked Zeke about aftermarket ones on Amazon, Zeke helped confirm what I needed and we ordered them, and he installed them without any issues and at a much better price. Overall, extremely impressed with his honesty, expertise, and fair pricing. Highly recommend! We plan to use Zeke for future repairs!

Martha Beldor I got referred to Tonys automotive Center because of the strong relationship he creates with local auto shops. He made sure to understand my issue and help efficiently while being kind, even to the other individual getting their car serviced. Going to an auto shop is usually a headache but this experience was perfect. I will be coming back and can say this is the best shop in Tampa. Great prices, quick service and excellent customer service.

Chad Daniels Had a great experience at Bay Brothers. I live out of state and came to the Tampa area to purchase a used car. Demetri was able to get my car in to be reviewed very quickly and did a great job of wrapping things up at the end. Juan was very thorough and honest in his assessment of the car. Kyle Hankins Tony will likely be the only honest mechanic you will ever meet in your life. He has been working on my vehicle and my familys vehicles since the early 90s. He has had enough opportunities to change unnecessary parts and upcharge us and he has not. Case in point: Car died. I replaced the battery. Days later it died again. At that point Tony could have easily said it is the alternator and had had us do an unnecessary repair. Called me later saying the battery terminal was loose on the new battery and nothing is wrong. He tightened it up and did not charge me.

Asher Martinez As a college student from the west coast, I was nervous about finding a new shop local to work on my car, as Audis are notorious for being complicated. I dropped off my car, and within three hours they had all the problems identified and priced out to which I could accept the work. Once I approved I had the car back within 24 hours and could not have been more pleased. It’s running better than before the I had the issue I brought it in for! Great team of people who know their stuff, 10/10 would recommend, also cheaper but I’d say better than the dealership!
