Chad Daniels Had a great experience at Bay Brothers. I live out of state and came to the Tampa area to purchase a used car. Demetri was able to get my car in to be reviewed very quickly and did a great job of wrapping things up at the end. Juan was very thorough and honest in his assessment of the car. Sera Do Mr Hung was amazing. I came to prodo because my cousin and dad recommended him. Had a couple of minor issues and a major A/C issue that I was not sure it was worth fixing. He was very honest told me what was worth fixing since my car is older. Extremely fair with price. I can see why a lot of my relatives go to him.

Tara Holmes Long story short- I had a couple of issues that happened one after the other- with my 2020 Audi Q5- same issues coming up. They did not hesitate to address the concerns and make good of the situation. They were honest, reliable and kind. Asher Martinez As a college student from the west coast, I was nervous about finding a new shop local to work on my car, as Audis are notorious for being complicated. I dropped off my car, and within three hours they had all the problems identified and priced out to which I could accept the work. Once I approved I had the car back within 24 hours and could not have been more pleased. It’s running better than before the I had the issue I brought it in for! Great team of people who know their stuff, 10/10 would recommend, also cheaper but I’d say better than the dealership!

Sherri Baker Luis and Diana provided WONDERFUL SERVICE!! I thought I needed an alignment on my car. Found out instead that I needed tires. Not only did they find me a set of tires immediately available, they also gave me a great price and didn’t charge me for the alignment. I have worked with a lot of mechanics through the years. This shop is the best place I have ever worked with. I am grateful for their help!! I 100% recommend them to anyone anytime!!

I called all over town for prices and they were the lowest price!!! I didnt make an appointment and just drove up there. And they serviced my vehicle without one. They were friendly and the service was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend them.
