Al Malik When me and my wife moved to Jacksonville after we left the military, it felt as if we’d never find a church home. Then we came across Southpoint! After we came a few times we knew it was our church home. This church is on fire for Christ. The people are amazing, the life groups are engaging and my faith has grown exponentially since coming here. Highly recommend!

Becca Stegall Ive been part of FBC Jacksonville and its worship ministry now for almost 2 years, and I absolutely love it! Ive never been in a church that welcomed me quite like First Baptist has. On top of that, to be part of a worship ministry like this one has been such a blessing. The choir/orchestra is truly like a family, and the leadership is second-to-none. Every week, we are led in truth-filled, God-honoring worship and get to experience musical excellence at the same time. Im also involved with the Student Worship ministry, and its such a great opportunity for students to learn more about worship and have fun with music. Roberta Harkey My oldest son and his family attend this church. Every time Ive visited, Ive enjoyed the service. Im an elderly lady and truly enjoyed the insights of the pastor - hes a smart one. The people are always very nice and respectful to me. I truly enjoy the contemporary music - it makes this old lady move and feel a little younger.
