As a relatively new member of this church, I have experienced firsthand the warmth, love, and genuine care that radiate throughout the congregation. The churchs commitment to fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all ages and demographics is commendable and sets it apart from many others. One of the most remarkable aspects of Awaken Church is its ability to connect people from various backgrounds and life stages. From families with young children to single individuals and even seniors, everyone is made to feel valued and accepted. The leadership and volunteers go above and beyond to create an environment where everyone can find their place and experience a true sense of belonging. The range of connection groups offered by Awaken Church is truly impressive. Whether youre seeking a tight-knit community, spiritual growth, or a place to share common interests, there is a group for you. I have personally participated in the young adult group and a few of the home groups, and they have been instrumental in forming lasting friendships and deepening my faith. These groups provide a supportive space for individuals to connect, learn, and grow together in our faith. Furthermore, the engaging worship experiences at Awaken Church are truly uplifting and meaningful. The talented musicians and worship team create an atmosphere of heartfelt praise and worship, which allows attendees to connect with God in a powerful way. The messages delivered by the pastors are thought-provoking and relevant, providing spiritual nourishment and guidance for daily living.

5 /5 Mari Ash: I spent a full day at this church for a workshop, and I was really impressed. The hospitality was top-notch, and the modern, spacious atmosphere made it a comfortable experience. It’s tucked away in an industrial park, so it can be a bit tricky to find, but aside from that, I’d highly recommend it!

5 /5 Tabitha Singh: I joined Awaken 4 years ago, and what immediately stood out to me was its community. The people are friendly and welcoming, and its small enough that you get to know people, while large enough that theres always new people to talk to. They operate on a rotating model of leadership, so there are a few pastors who preach, meaning you get to hear different perspectives and styles (same with worship team, etc). All pastors are deeply rooted in the word and take a humble, realistic approach, though. I find the sermons relevant and socially aware, speaking firmly about Biblical truth in gentleness and with an understanding of how it relates to us where we are. Awaken emphasizes discipleship, and its leadership is accessible if you are interested in leadership or starting an initiative yourself. Overall Id say Awaken focuses well on community and serving the Lord in a way that is adaptable and always striving for improvement. Definitely at least worth a visit if youre looking for a church to try.

5 /5 Jackie Dubay: Ive been a part of this community for over 12 years, and I love the teaching and the people! Its led by multiple Pastors, so they have accountability with one another, and they genuinely try to submit to Gods leadership over them and the Church. The people are very welcoming and sincerely care about one another. Ive made wonderful friends here that are now like family! They have a solid Childrens ministry and Youth Group, not flashy or over the top, but they teach the kids and love them well. And one of my favorite things is the Homegroups! They have several options that meet throughout the week in homes around the city, and these are a great opportunity to go deeper with people and grow together. Come on out and join us!
