Michele Carlson Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Chambless Tristana (Tristana chambless) Excellent experience

Matthew Ward 1st time at this place for a torn meniscus. My knee was so swollen and painful. I waited 20 minutes or so and left the office feeling great! The Dr came in and gave me a few options, I chose to have my knee drained and it was so worth it! I will be calling back today to schedule surgery to fix meniscus and can’t wait to get this resolved! Everyone in the office was courteous and friendly! Highly recommend!

Alicia Dr W. is such an amazing physician he listens to your needs he converses with you about plan of care to make sure you are comfortable. I have been going to him for two years and I will continue My health treatments under his care. I feel he really cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I wish we had more doctors like him.

Roy Timmerman Went to the emergency room with chest pains. After triage , was admitted and spent 2 days getting a variety of tests. Blood work, chest x-ray, stress test, echcocardigram, Every single staff member that I came in contact with started with saying there name and explained the procedure I was about to under take. Everyone was always caring, kind and very patient. The nurse assigned to me was awesome, a definite credit to the nursing profession. I was also visited by a Chaplin and the va disability representative. I am extremely pleased with the entire time I spent there and wish to give a very big thank you to everyone. I would not hesitate to return there.

I was admitted with a severe case of pneumonia, and the staff took great care of me. Every single person was incredibly polite and offered help at any moment. Hank Ripley I have to CHANGE my review for this location and my recent experience. I have been a patient for some time and in the past have been more than dissatisfied. Today that was the opposite case. Thanks to the extreme hard work of Vera over the past few months, my experience today was phenomenal!! Since she has been working with me and for me with my Dr and the other staff, I have seen a 1000% turnaround. The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful the past few visits and even helped with a insurance issue that would have been a disaster 6 months ago. I want to thank Vera and I HOPE she gets the recognition she deserves for being unrelenting in her desire to improve my health and my experience with THIS location of Evara Health. Keep up the AMAZING work Vera and dont let ANYONE change your heart.

Jennifer Pangraze Dr pudur is an exceptional primary care physician who consistently demonstrates a excellent level of care and expertise. She takes the time to truly listen to my concerns, and thoroughly explain my options. I feel completely confident in her medical judgment and appreciate her friendly, approachable bedside manner.

Emily Walton Came in for diagnostic mammogram, dexascan and ultrasound at the Breast Center. I have been having mammograms here for many years so the ladies here are like old friends. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at putting patients at ease. But they are professional and skilled at what they do. Keep up the great work ladies! As a side note, registration has always been easy and pleasant to deal with! Thanks! As I was having my ultrasound, there were a couple of young student nurses in the room. They were very polite and I would love to congratulate them on their graduation!
