Linda OConnor My doctor is here and is outstanding. Unfortunately the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Youd better have top-tier insurance if you want to come here because all they seem to care about is the money. I have twice attempted to schedule an appointment here and someone in their office continues to call me and tell me that I shouldnt come here because they dont take my plan and she doesnt say that Im allowed to pay out of pocket even though I was told by someone else in the office that I can. Its disgusting that you cant even see your doctor because someone in the office arbitrarily decides to manipulate your appointment because you dont have a preferred insurance. Sad State of affairs. They dont even want money, only insurance. Imagine that.

Kamisha Mabry-Jackson Im a new patient and I was very impressed with the time Dr. Wilson took to listen, and understand my past to present health needs. I also appreciate her waiting to receive my past medical records before making prescription adjustments. I felt heard. I felt valued due to the time she took with me. I feel confident that Ive made the right change, and Im looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Wilson is kind, patient, and professional. Her staff are kind as well. Id absolutely recommend her to friends and family!

Todd Freund I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

Matthew Ward 1st time at this place for a torn meniscus. My knee was so swollen and painful. I waited 20 minutes or so and left the office feeling great! The Dr came in and gave me a few options, I chose to have my knee drained and it was so worth it! I will be calling back today to schedule surgery to fix meniscus and can’t wait to get this resolved! Everyone in the office was courteous and friendly! Highly recommend!

Caroline Brown Dr. Ellis Gordon goes above & beyond to help me with my chronic health issues and has for years. I’m so grateful for her excellent care and all the time she takes to answer me on Baycare’s online patient portal. She is easy to get in touch with and takes her time to explain/diagnose. I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend. The office is easy to locate and has a lot of room for patients to space out in the waiting room.

Andrew Herman Dr. Kasia offers best-in-class primary care and additional services to help maintain a healthy and youthful appearance. Shes been my doctor for five years, and I wouldnt trust anyone else! Her assistant Helga introduced me to Dr. Kasia and adds great value. My highest recommendation.

Michele Carlson Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Sreedhar Gajula Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathi’s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.

L F Dr. Hils is a fantastic and empathic physician. She truly is a collaborative partner in treatment and understands patient view points. Additionally, she knows who to refer for specialized care outside her scope.
