1 /5 John Cathy: Very upset with this office! I went today for my annual appointment to be told “your appointment was canceled.” Receptionist said “they called you 3 times to let you know.” I replied “No, I have had no messages from this Clinic.” The receptionist verified the phone number then asked “is your voicemail full?” No, my voicemail is not full and I got NO voicemail from this clinic. I missed 5 hours of work and had nothing to eat for over 14 hours (for labs) for NOTHING.

1 /5 Joetta Bennett: Went there five times about being itchy and I think that I contacted scabies but I didnt have any rashes they didnt bother to do a scraping to rule out scabies they told me to change my laundry detergent and soap that I could have sensitive skin then my insurance changed and I had to find another doctor but anyways I do have scabies so I suffered for months being itchy. They should listen to the patients more and they need to learn more about scabies that not everyone has tracts or have rashes and some people are just carriers.

4 /5 Saxons dad: Very satisfied with this doctor and his staff. I have been an RN for at least as long as Dr. Strauss has been a doctor and he is very knowledgeable. His staff are courteous and efficient. It is fairly easy to get an appointment when needed and the wait times are short. They could manage their labs a little better, sometimes they do not coordinate your visits with and labs they might need, once or twice my wife had to return for additional labs that might have better been ordered initially but this is not a serious concern. Dr. Strauss tends to leave the routine management of his stable patients to his PA and ARNPs after he is acquainted with the patient and this is normal practice today and works well. He has definite opinions on what he thinks is proper care and treatment but will discuss options with you if needed. He is not afraid to look you in the eye and tell you what you need to do for your health, and this can be uncomfortable but it is also good medical practice. If you need to lose weight, he will tell you and explain the consequences if you dont. No one likes to hear it but it is the right thing for him to do.

1 /5 T. Thomas: It was more than a disappointing experience by trying to get established at this office.This medical practice uses antiquated methods which makes it run ineffeciently. They move patients from the lobby to another waiting lobby in the back. The office staff and lab techs are inconsiderate with awful customer service skills. They are more concerned about what they are ordering for breakfast and whats being catered for lunch rather than concern for the patient right in front of them. Excessive wait times for the simplest things like checking out with the rudest clerk I have ever encountered.

5 /5 Josephine Abbate: Dr. Strauss and his staff is amazing! They saved my husbands life and it was because they were thorough & cared enough. I am forever indebted to them.
