1 /5 Mars Parks: Had this appt scheduled since January. I received a text message before my appointment to check in. I checked in for my appointment on my phone, in the lobby, at 10:30am. I sat right in front of the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for 11. At 11:30, I walked up to the front desk girl and asked her about my appointment. She told me that we would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 11. I told her I checked in and was sitting right in front of her for an hour, that I had waited a month for this appointment and really need to be seen today. She told me that everyone was too busy. I asked to speak with an office manager, she told me they didn’t have one and would take a message for the doctor and then scheduled me out to April. I sat, directly in front of this girl for an hour waiting for my appointment, after I checked in on my phone. Why not say something to the person if the check in didn’t go through? Why not acknowledge the person in general that’s sitting, waiting in your lobby? I was the only person in there, majority of the time waiting. Taking this poor practice as a sign to find another doctor.

From the very first appointment, the Physicians Assistant disregarded my husbands thoughts and feelings regarding his medical history and future treatment. During his most recent and LAST appointment, rather than calmly, intelligently and receptively discussing treatment options, the doctor enters the exam room with a passive aggressive and nauseatingly cheerful tone in his voice and said to my husband , among other things "We never have to deal with eachother again" and to "Go back where he came from". I dont know what this dudes problem is. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Regardless, that neither justifies NOR excuses his behavior and verbiage. My husband had prescriptions that needed to be refilled and we were forced to find a new doctor. If youre a patient who appreciates a constructive and supportive atmosphere where your wishes and input are seriously considered by your treating physician... We advise against this doctor. If you have too many questions regarding their treatment plan for you then we strongly suggest against this particular doctor. As evidenced by other reviews left, this person doesnt like being questioned and will promptly dismiss you from treatment at the slightest inconvenience... We had this experience so you dont have to

2 /5 Bubba Productions: Only have one good thing to say and they will get you in when the appointment time is. As for as care, not good. Rush to get you in and out. Will not listen to what you are saying. If you think you will actually see a Dr think again. Been going about little over a year and have not seen Dr yet. I always heard this was the best around but novway

5 /5 Tom Hause: Dr tepedino is a physician who does care about his patients, he does listen, and acts in the patients best interests. Hes gone to great lengths to see that I follow a healthy lifestyle. If you want to be his patient do what he asks of you! Take your meds, follow up screenings/exams and give a accurate patient history. Its been 8 years and I will continue being his patient.
