5 /5 Sheri Long: Dr Owen is by far the best primary care doc I have had and I’m 63 years old. She listens, she is knowledgeable and I don’t feel like she wants me to do anything that Im not comfortable with. Yet, she does make suggestions. I have a say though as to what I believe I would like to do. Her staff is always pleasant and I have, overall, always had a great experience. Been going to her now for over a year.

5 /5 Jo Quint: I saw Dr Jennifer Owen. The staff, when I came in were pleasant and efficient in dealing with the paperwork that comes with an office visit. I was seen into a room and saw Dr Owen soon after I was seated. She asked my about my visit and set about dealing with evaluating me. I was very impressed with her manor and her listening to my description of my problems. I left the office knowing that I was heard and dealt with appropriately. I would highly recommend this practice.

3 /5 A. Williams: The front office staff was very polite and welcoming. Very little wait time from checking in. Upon being seated in exam room the wait was approx 30 minutes and once MD arrived, the feeling was uncomfortable. No formal introduction, not a welcoming feeling. She listened to my concerns and submitted the referral based on my request which was appreciated.

5 /5 Lauren Richardson: Dr. Owen recently became my new doctor when my previous doctor retired. She spent time getting to know me, made several good suggestions to help manage my symptoms, and made sure my labs were ordered. I really appreciated her calm and positive manner. I will definitely be staying with Dr. Owen as my primary care physician and look forward to working with her to make progress on my health goals.

1 /5 Vicky Miller: I was recommended to Dr. Owen by my cancer doctor as being a GREAT PRIMARY DOCTOR plus she is located close to North Florida Hospital. I saw her for first time on November 19th, 2024 and was set up to have a 30 day follow up which wasnt scheduled until January 23, 2025. I checked my patient portal and all my blood work was high but never got a call from her about it. So this morning I finally got in touch with someone to try and move my appointment back 30 minutes and was told her next appointment would be in 3 more months. What good is a PRIMARY Doctor that it takes you 2 to 3 months to see? Also, for last several weeks I have called and let phone ring and ring and no one would answer until this morning. The receptionist was not helpful at ALL, and I asked her why would they accept new patients if they were unable to help the ones they already have, and she told me "well as of this Month we are no longer accepting NEW PATIENTS" I SURE WISHED I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BACK ON NOVEMBER 19TH, 2024 BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE NEVER WASTED MY TIME!!!
