Mag Pugs I mean this when I say, this was quite literally the most efficient, pleasant ER experience I’ve ever had. I came in with some significant burns to my chest and torso (pain was there but bearable enough to be ready to wait, considering it’s the ER and all) checking in was smooth, vitals 10 minutes later, triage 30 minutes later, and taken back in another 5 minutes. Now I understand burns can take priority over some cases so I may have been pushed through faster, but still very quick considering. Trey whom escorted me back was uplifting and happy. Both my P.A and nurse were comforting and quick and all within 3 hours, I’m treated + bandaged and pain free. To the entire staff on 1/23/25 around 6pm, thank you!!

Whitney Evans Dr. Levoy and Dr. Franco are hands down the best in the city, their staff deserves a resounding round of applause (and so much more). Even the visiting staff that I had the extreme pleasure of being attended to by today. Clean, sanitized, intelligent, professional, helpful, fun, funny, good humored. I simply cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We were recommended by friends over a year ago and could not even begin to imagine going anywhere else! The most attentive and respectful professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. GO SEE THEM. End of story.

Emily Walton Came in for diagnostic mammogram, dexascan and ultrasound at the Breast Center. I have been having mammograms here for many years so the ladies here are like old friends. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at putting patients at ease. But they are professional and skilled at what they do. Keep up the great work ladies! As a side note, registration has always been easy and pleasant to deal with! Thanks! As I was having my ultrasound, there were a couple of young student nurses in the room. They were very polite and I would love to congratulate them on their graduation!

Diana Ruffer Dr. Rao has been my primary care doctor for 20+ years and I am very pleased with both her and her entire staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive; she personally sees me on every visit (not a PA) and shows genuine interest in my health issues and recovery. Her bedside manner (along with that of the nurses and aids) is excellent and she takes the necessary time and steps to ensure I understand her care plans. She has helped me through numerous serious health issues, and I am still alive to this day (nearly 88) due to her dedication and support. A big Thank You to everyone in her office!

M C Even when there is no bed space for new patients the ER still without a doubt helps you and takes care of you the best that they can providing their ability to serve you and your needs. I am very gracious for the service that everyone in the ER has provided to me, I thank you all with the utmost respect and gratitude that I could possibly give. With you as a team the efforts that you provide and give, is the best that Ive witnessed around several counties.

Jayna Batton Dr Oppenheim is the best! She takes her time to listen, comes up with a plan and makes sure you are in agreance with everything. She explains everything well and you can tell that she cares!

Christopher Bowman Dr Trimble and his assistant are great. They are caring and compassionate. They always made sure I was comfortable and they keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. I just completed the radiofrequency ablation for my neck and I feel pain free already. A big THANK YOU to EVERYONE at the St Pete office.

Nahomy Franklin I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and support I received from the therapy team during my time at the rehabilitation unit. From the moment I began my treatment, the entire team made me feel like a priority. Each therapist, whether it was physical, occupational, or speech therapy, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. The team took the time to understand my unique needs and goals, crafting personalized therapy plans that truly made a difference in my recovery. They were always patient, encouraging, and dedicated, ensuring I felt motivated to push myself further while maintaining a supportive environment. Their positive attitude and commitment to helping me improve were evident in every session. I particularly appreciated how the therapists communicated with me throughout the process, providing clear explanations and offering guidance on exercises to work on outside of the therapy room. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients well-being and recovery. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I’ve made significant progress and feel more confident in my abilities. Kerry Leach Doc is fantastic and genuinely cares about my health. All of the ladies that work here are super nice and respectful. Very friendly. Office could use a bit of updating and cleaning but overall great place to keep you on the right track for your overall health.

Caroline Brown Dr. Ellis Gordon goes above & beyond to help me with my chronic health issues and has for years. I’m so grateful for her excellent care and all the time she takes to answer me on Baycare’s online patient portal. She is easy to get in touch with and takes her time to explain/diagnose. I would definitely recommend her to a family member or friend. The office is easy to locate and has a lot of room for patients to space out in the waiting room.
