The staff was kind, the office was clean, the wait time was less then 5 min to be seen DR Nguyen is very kind and thorough. I never felt rush he listened and address all my concerns. Trish Braden Elliott Property very clean and just remodeled not too long ago lots of parking on site. Office receptionist very knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time not too long and well worth the wait Dr. Patrick Del Santo was very knowledgeable young and very much into not pushing pharmaceuticals on us seniors. So glad I found my doctor here in St. Petersburg.

Todd Freund I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

Kourtnei Dalton I cannot recommend this childrens hospital enough! Every single time weve needed their services, from simple emergency room visits to full surgeries and inpatient stays, the care and attention they provide have been exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and kind, making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for both the children and their families. Trusting your childs health and well-being with this hospital is truly a blessing, and I am grateful for the outstanding service they consistently deliver.

Yana Cross Personally, even though I had a far from smooth birth, I think the nurses and doctors were great in how they took care of me. So many great nurses in both the labor and delivery unit & in the baby mother/recovery unit. Ediana & Makayla took good care of me in labor and delivery. I do not recall his name, but I believe he was the Head of anesthsiology did an amazing job with the epidural that I was terrified of getting. Nurse Nina really stood out taking care of both me and our little one in recovery with so much care and compassion - she was there almost all the days & I really felt so supported and calm. So many other great nurses too. Only kind of critical thing I have to say is that every nurse has different advice to the same question, so it was kind of confusing at times because youd be shown 7 different methods of feeding/burping/swaddling etc. But I think thats just from varying experiences & upon reflection shows that there is more than 1 right way.

kathleen smith I went there with a really bad sore throat. Overall the experience was good. I was seen initially by an ER doctor and because there were nothing was life threatening he passed me off to a PA. I had to wait for an hour - to have a COVID test and a throat culture. Wait time when there was nobody there was the only bad thing about my experience.

Al Gurney A sea of smiles worn by a most professional staff.I Have been to most of the hospitals around. So, take my word for it, the menu has many nice options for the most picky eater. Your schedule for tests,etc, is really close to reality. They dont wake you up every ten minutes to ask if you are asleep. If you want, or need, something reasonable, they really try to help. Not that I want to go to the hospital ever again, but SPG will be my destination of choice. Definitely 5 moos.

Emily Walton Came in for diagnostic mammogram, dexascan and ultrasound at the Breast Center. I have been having mammograms here for many years so the ladies here are like old friends. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at putting patients at ease. But they are professional and skilled at what they do. Keep up the great work ladies! As a side note, registration has always been easy and pleasant to deal with! Thanks! As I was having my ultrasound, there were a couple of young student nurses in the room. They were very polite and I would love to congratulate them on their graduation!

Alicia Dr W. is such an amazing physician he listens to your needs he converses with you about plan of care to make sure you are comfortable. I have been going to him for two years and I will continue My health treatments under his care. I feel he really cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I wish we had more doctors like him.
