Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center

Bag TalkCo The Cancer Center care staff always goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. They were attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel supported and well taken care of throughout my short stays. Thank you! I don’t remember everyone name but the few people that goes above & beyond for me is Nurse Alyssa, Nurse Rhonnie Nurse celeste, & Nurse Missy. these nurses are the Best!! They never miss my vein when doing my IV, and I’m a very Hard Stick! I’m so used to have multiple sticks just to get my Iv in my arm but with them I always feel so comfortable! Also I want to extend my Thanks to Mrs. Claire Auxiliary Volunteer for the snack carts & last but certainly not Least the techs named Tech Britney, Tech Karena , & Tech Mani “KT or TK” that’s his nickname I’m not sure his real name & I don’t want to get it wrong. There’s one more person Tess is a musician w/ a Ukulele I love when she goes around singing & teaching us to play. Anyway These guys at the cancer center are always incredibly supportive and compassionate. They provide top-notch medical care and emotional support every time!. I always feel truly cared for and grateful for their expertise and kindness.

Capital Regional Medical Center Southwood

ScottyGLLC “Scotty G” Dr Cremin was an amazing doctor and represented the hospital at high standards. He did this by listening and asking about prior history & he acted quickly to reduce my pain ailments. I would recommend this ER because of the treatment from Dr Cremin and his staff. TMH Physician Partners - Services by Southern Medical Group, P.A.

Erin S Drs. are good but customer service is terrible. Every time I call, Im "caller number 27" or more, and theres no call-back option. Ive been trying to get an email to join the portal for 6 months and cant get any resolution. They just keep saying, "You should get an email." But when I dont, nobody is there to help, which makes communication with the provider more than difficult, despite numerous chronic conditions that need to be coordinated with other providers. I even emailed TMH to ask IT to get in touch and provide some assistance. I havent heard from anyone. Very disappointed. Seems communication is not a priority for this practice.

Patients First - Lake Ella

Cheyenne Pelletier Online booking was super easy, showed up early, check in was easy and painless, very nice welcoming staff. Was seen before my appointment time. Medical assistants were nice and quick and efficient. New to the area, so very happy to have an urgent care I trust.

Dr. Michael W Forsthoefel MD

sumyyah Jackson Dr. Michael W Forsthoefel has been my families Doctor 18 plus years. He saved my moms life after recovering from a massive stroke (aneurysum). Hes very through and cares about all his patients. He takes his time to go visit his patients bed side as well. I am so glad hes my doctor and wouldnt trade him for anyone else.

Tallahassee Primary Care Associates

Mark Hamill It looks like all the bad reviews are either user error and/or over a year old. I went for the first time yesterday and it was great. Short wait. Very personable staff. Never felt rushed. I’d recommend TPCA to anyone in town.

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare

lauren gillespie I just moved to Wakulla, FL and decided to change to a new Primary Dr. located in that area. I also wanted a Family Dr who could see me, and my son. We just had our first visit with Dr. Krakovec she was hands down the most pleasant physician Ive ever had. She listened to all my questions, and concerns for myself, and my child. I highly recommend this Physician for youre healthcare needs. The office staff was also very nice. They got us in on time, no long wait. Very professional atmosphere. The nurse Jesse was amazing!

Dr. Hugh E. Vanlandingham, MD

Anna Wickman I had to switch primary care doc because of changes to my insurance. So glad I did because it’s very likely that Kendyll Jones saved my life. Communication is great, appointments are on time, and they make my health care easy to manage. Very pleased with the way this office runs.

Tallahassee Memorial Urgent Care Center

Staci Campbell The only reason I am leaving a 2 star review instead of a 1 star is because throughout the sickening level of subconscious systemic racism that I endured during my visit at TMHUC, the EMT and MD that treated me were actually pleasant. TMHUC was my third stop the morning of Tuesday, November 5 (as if that day wasn’t already stressful enough). I was seeking an RSV test after a potential exposure. I would have been better off staying at my second stop, Patients First where the waiting room was clean and empty and the receptionist was extremely accommodating. Instead I made my way to TMHUC where I felt like I took a Time Machine to a 1980s underfunded public health clinic where the receptionists seemed quite literally offended by my presence. The coldness from the receptionists likely explains the low standards I applied to the bedside manner I received from the EMT and MD. Anywho… hindsight is 20/20 and I’m no MD or anything but correct me if I’m wrong: if a patient presents with flu like symptoms, informs you of a possible RSV exposure, you test for said exposure and the RSV test comes back negative, wouldn’t you test the patient for other respiratory infections or idk maybe treat the patient for the flu? Especially considering that is literally flu and respiratory illness season? Also considering that the flu is most effectively treated within 48 hours. NOT THE FOLKS AT TMHUC, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! Instead they opened the door, walked me down to discharge, charged me $75, and told me “Sounds like you may just need to buy some NyQuil.” So… Not being an MD, I went to Publix and bought NyQuil, immunity shots and some of the other home remedies I learned from my various villages over the years. This past week has literally been my WORST EVER ILLNESS in my almost 32 years of life. That is coming from an avid strep throat sufferer and someone who has had COVID three separate times. So much so that on Sunday morning, as a side effect to how worn down my body was from fighting the untreated flu—I contracted pink eye. For the first time in life, I have pink eye. In not one, but BOTH of my eyes. The pink eye is what caused me to schedule a Telehealth Appointment through my insurance carrier. My stomach jolted happily when a Black woman popped onto the screen. Within 10 minutes she diagnosed me with the flu and confirmed my pink eye. Within 30 minutes I had 5 separate prescriptions waiting for me at my pharmacy. Even considering her point that because it had been a week since my symptoms first presented themselves, there wasn’t much she could do but treat my symptoms—I am now writing this review less than 5 hours since I took my first dose of prescribed medication and I feel almost 100% better than I have felt all week. This could’ve been how I felt on Tuesday, November 5 but instead I made the horrible mistake of trusting my care as a Black woman to TMHUC. If I was a white woman the folks at TMHUC would’ve expeditiously sent in a script for me when I presented with my FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS on Tuesday instead of merely charging me $75 and sending me on my way to “just buy some NyQuil” leaving me to suffer for an entire week and contract pink eye for the first time in my again, almost 32 years of life. Long story short, don’t waste your time or health going to TMHUC.
