Levi Owens The only doctors office I have ever seen that posts a sign: If you have not been seen in 15 minutes, ask someone. Imagine that, appointment times actually mean something to these doctors. Plus, the physician care Ive always received has been remarkable. Ive been a patient since 2005 and never had one, single problem. Perhaps others have, but my experience has always been top-notch.

Karen Roberts I highly recommend Dr. Mital for any patient. He has been my moms doctor for years, she’s near her 96th birthday, and he has always taken excellent care of her. He is very attentive to her needs and complaints, very thorough, professional and even has a sense of humor.I have never been turned away but have been told I should go to ER because they had the equipment needed to quickly get a handle on her problem and they were right. The staff is great. I was recently told by an ems nurse that Dr. Mital in his opinion was the best there was.

Nadia Laing I had the BEEEEEEEEEEST DOCTOR EVER!! Dr Nair Collins is so kind caring and understanding. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to her about anything going on with me. The best part is its not just her! The entire staff is amazing even the doctor I saw one time when she was out. She has since graduated,I hope her the very best in the future and Im sure my next doctor will be just as amazing. Amazing residents!!!

Dave Hufendick Dr Bailey was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He made it very easy to understand and he was very optimistic. Well worth the 2 hour drive!!

Payton Spran Had a great experience with Patients First on Tennessee Street on March 3rd, 2025. I have been visiting this location for many years and always leave satisfied with the care provided. The visit was quick and easy with an appointment, and I felt that all of my concerns were properly addressed. The staff and healthcare personnel were friendly, educated, and happy to help. I especially enjoyed the woman working the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and great to speak with. I had my blood drawn by a medical assistant who did a great job. I would recommend this location for anyone in the FSU area, including students, who need medical attention in the urgent care setting.

Cynthia Foy Its such a wonderful, Loving and peaceful atmosphere. The staff members! Hey what can I say, but they make sure you feel appreciated and welcome to the family. At least I think so. Were being treated like queens and kings, as we should with much love to share. The Doctors and Nurses are so amazing.
