5 /5 Allison Prendergast: Julia was my dental hygienist and she was great! It was my first appointment and the staff made sure I was comfortable and they were very knowledgeable. The technology they use is also up to date! Definitely recommend.

5 /5 Mark Sturgill: On 5/24 I had my initial appointment with Bartram Dental. Shannon was my hygienist. She was amazing at answering all my questions while also conversing and being able to put my mind at ease. In addition, I can’t remember the last time my teeth looked and felt so great. I already have 2 more appointments for 2025 and I actually look forward to them. Thanks again, Bartram Dental. You’ve got yourself a new client.

1 /5 Thomas Waltimire: U cant give a zero but thats what they deserve my first appointment was on Monday. March 24 at 10:15. I thought an appointment was the time set aside for you but I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. When I was seen they took X-Rays and went over what they wanted to do and they would give me the estimate. The estimate was over 13 thousand dollars and also 60 dollars for the visit today. I paid the 60 and also put down $625 for the future work but then decided to go to another dentist. I asked for a refund of the $625 I paid and was told it could take up to 6 weeks for them to process it. It took them 2 minutes to take my payment. Im retired with a limited income and I really need them to step up and give me my refund. I suggest to anyone go somewhere else

5 /5 Jahmel Miller: My experience at Bartram Family Dental Care was exceptional. The staff were all very nice, quick, and professional. I had an amazing cleaning with David, the dental hygienist. David was extremely thorough and friendly. The dentist came in to discuss my treatment plan, and I didnt leave feeling as if Im being coerced to get certain treatment. This provider is also very reasonable in cost.

3 /5 Alexander Zimmer: Nice office and friendly staff for the most part. The financial person there is very pushy when it comes to patient procedural needs. Asking my wife if she was the financial decision maker and implying she can make decisions on her own. It’s none of your business and if you have to know we’re a family and we discuss large expenditures like $5,000 dental work before proceeding. It’s a turn off to hear things of like this come from this office. One person being pushy on procedures like this in the office can leave a bad taste. I am not sure anymore if they are recommending procedures like this because they want money or because it is the best interest of the patient, I am thinking it’s the first thought. Either way, I am going to be cautious moving forward with things they are recommending and recommend that others not commit to anything while in that office. Nothing wrong with taking a day to consider or even getting a second opinion. To add, there is no proper follow up in this office. There has been numerous times I have heard, we will give you a call or will follow up with this, and no action is taken.
