Helen Motes I had my last visit recently because I am moving. I believe I have been with them for about 2-3 years. I have always had a wonderful painless experience. From the administrative staff Christine, and other lovely ladies upfront to the dental hygienists Monica and Dr. Arrow. They are always accommodating and when I have had an emergency, they were always able to see me right away and resolve my issue. I was always very satisfied with their professionalism and how clean they kept their office. They are all so sweet and I really will miss coming here. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Just tell them and they will do a good job of doing and providing good service to you. This is an awesome place to get your mouth fixed. And I was so happy of my new teeth.

Danei Prado Dr. Wilbur is not only an excellent dentist, she is a ray of sunshine, a very kind and patient person. She always takes the time to explain my treatment options and answered all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and confident when Im in her care. If visits to the dentist are not your thing, you need to go see Dr. Wilbur. Her and her staff will change your mind about visits to the dentist and you will have a great experience! Chloe, the operations manager took time with me figuring out the best way to get my needs met including looking up my dental plan benefits and patiently explaining how everything works. Sandra is one of the most gentle and caring dental hygienist I have ever met!!! Everyone in that office is friendly, caring and just amazing!!!

Geraldine Whitaker My first experience with Riverside Dental was several years ago. I had a great experience with the team at that time. My situation at the time was not as major as it is today. The staff was great then. My problem is my own because I didnt follow up as I probably should have , and caused myself major issues. In spite of this when I had to come back, I received an excellent concerned evaluation of my situation. I was surprised to see Dr. Spencer. He referred that I see a Surgeon at UF Health, Dr. Fernandez. However, I was assigned to Dr. Caruso. I never saw him - just his assistants. That was not a pleasant encounter at all because I felt they could care less about resolving my issue because of my age and other reasons. When I reported back to Riverside, the team gave me a hopeful assessment. They all were great. Dr. Spencer even helped me get out of my car and into the building because I need Hip surgery too. The Surgeon evaluated my issue and gave me hope. Dr. Spencer stated that he was going to reach out to Dr. Fernandez again. Even the office staff was awesome. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that will listen.
