Carl E Creasman Jr Dr. Durham is a great listener! I’m not a fan of most doctors. Had too many frustrating experiences where either the Doc just brushes aside the issues and you and wants to just move on quickly, or acts like they are guessing, quick answer with some pills as if they plan on you coming back multiple times. Durham listens well. My foot issue is weird and frustrating, but at every moment he’s paying attention. Today we had ordered a new corrective device but when I told him that it wasn’t fitting exactly, still causing discomfort to the foot, he just simply said “well send it back; we need to get this right.”

Tim Van Antwerp Brought my wife Debbie in for a foot break follow up. Our doctor Smith was amazing and we are so happy to hear that she is progressing. She has to keep the boot on and stay off her foot. The office staff here was wonderful as well! So happy to know that she is in great care.

Jason m I had autoimmune encephalitis and saw Dr Mizell neurologist. First I have to say how amazing he is and his staff. I have mainly been dealing with Madi and she is unbelievable and made this process so easy for me. She is so sweet and understanding. The whole neurological team is the best. Would highly recommend seeing Dr Mizell and his staff.

Lianna DAngelo Jennifer is a phenomenal tech that went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my annual screening. Highly recommend!

Theresa Rogers WCF has been my OB-GYN for over 22 years. I was referred to them due to my high risk status with my last pregnancy in 2001. The care I received then and since has been amazing. Any doctor I have ever seen over the years has been absolutely wonderful. I have always felt comfortable with every level of care, especially with having had 3 surgeries. I currently see Dr. Bridge and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to connect with his patients. Making appointments is easy peasy and the girls are so sweet.

Anna I do not have any issues with the providers or the staff, but a physical privacy concern. My exam room did not have a privacy curtain. My provider noted that she did not like that exam room because of that issue, which points to this being an issue for more patients. Doctors and assistants can be as accommodating as they want with not opening the door as wide, but if someone were to pass by the room at the same time the door is opened or if care was not taken to not open the door wide, then the patient is exposed and vulnerable. This is something that needs to be rectified immediately, with temporary fixes (such as a room divider) until the problem is permanently resolved.

Kamera Museau, PMP I reached out to this office to schedule an appointment for my 9-month-old, who needs to have his adenoids removed as soon as possible. Most ENTs in Orlando are booking 2-3 months out, so I spent a lot of time calling around to find the earliest available appointment. When I called this office, I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful. Although we couldnt schedule the appointment on the first call because they didnt have the referral yet, Chris kindly told me he would keep an eye out for it and encouraged me to follow up with him anytime. He truly went above and beyond, and I was incredibly grateful. Out of all the offices I contacted, no one seemed to care as much as Chris, which I appreciated immensely. At that point, I knew that even if the appointment was two months away, this was the office I wanted to take my child to. Thank you again, Chris!

Sarah Smith Lintemuth If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I am 7 weeks post op, total thyroidectomy and also a healthy 30 weeks pregnant. When I first met Dr Ho in September of this year he was attentive, compassionate and concerned that whatever action plan to surgically remove the papillary carcinoma would require 2 patients doctors approvals, both me and baby. Dr Hos plan, with the total support and consensus of my OB team, to perform the surgery at 23 weeks instead of waiting until after the baby birth is, I believe, the reason I am not looking at RAI follow-up treatment. The tumor was removed in entirety, no trace of invasion into lymph nodes or anywhere else in the neck. Had I elected to wait another 6+ months, I do not believe I would have had the same outcome. My healing has been steady and without complications. The expectation of feeling rushed and overwhelmed from diagnosis to surgery in less than 90 days were diminished greatly due to the fantastic care I received from Dr Hos entire team and Winter Park Hospital, pre-op, recovery and post op.

Patricia Pontius This beautiful man saved my life. Within 15 minutes of meeting him I was in the ER awaiting a tracheostomy and feeding tube due to throat cancer which was cutting off my breathing. And hes so kind! **Update 11/13/18** It has been almost 2 years since my initial diagnosis. I’m still battling the cancer, now metastasized, and continue to see Dr. Ho every 3 months. He calms me when I get overwhelmed and answers every question with patience. Always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. He is highly thought of by both my oncologist and my radiation oncologist, and works well with them. I couldn’t ask for a better ENT surgeon!

Karin S Dr. Enrique Vega of Advent Health is an utter DISGRACE of a doctor. My mother died under his care. He acted without any care, concern, or compassion for her for a problem that was completely TREATABLE and instead she died in the hospital directly under his care. She was robbed of her life and time with me, her husband, her son, her grandchildren, and sisters all because this man didnt do his job properly.

Hazel Morrin Dr. Vega is a saint. I’m not over exaggerating here. Every single person I have come in contact with who knows him or has worked with him couldn’t agree more that he is knowledgeable, kind, and truly a caring person. You know this is a good surgeon when EVERY doctor that asks who is doing your surgery says they would only let Dr. Vega touch their Thyroid. This office goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and what ever you are going through is made as easy as possible. Thank you!!

Stefany Momo Had my labor and delivery in this hospital, and everything went out with a good experience! Nurses are friendly, caring, and helpful! Doctors are experienced and responsible! Rooms are well cleaned. A big thank you for all the staffs!

Tracy Kost I received excellent care at this hospital. The nurses were great, very caring and skilled. I would like to commend the dietary staff for being so helpful and kind. They work hard but were always providing excellent service. Dr. McMaster was great in the ER, explaining everything to me. I appreciated all the kindness offered to me. John Milillo Dr. Levine was the only Dr that figured out that my low blood platelets was caused by liver disease. Hes a matter of fact type of Dr. No nonsense but not condescending. Hes got a sense of humor and very sharp. He made me feel like he cares about my health and life. He was recommended by my primary physician at South Lake medical center and Im thankful for that. I highly recommend the Center for Digestive Health.

Saundra Ebben Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

Josh Carlson I can honestly say this was the best experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. I walked in without an appointment on a busy Sunday and although there were some issues with Anthem they were kind to help out with it. They got me in rather quickly, were very attentive, and ran tests without issue. Overall a great experience. The only downside, which isnt their fault, is the Trader Joes being in the same parking lot. If its busy it is extremely hard to get around anything, let alone parking, but they do have their own parking spots. However, I saw some people walking with Trader Joes bags to their cars in those spots, so they might not enforce it much.

mari m I was not happy with all of the care at Advent Health Apopka. There are too many different people from different shifts guessing and making assumptions. Seems like they are very clinical and not as compassionate. They seem shorthanded. Fairly nice looking and clean but I cant say that I am overwhelmingly pleased.

Ellen Brookstein I needed rabies shots due to a bat in my bedroom at our VRBO rental in Winter Park, FL. All the staff were attentive and efficient.

Sarah Cardona I love this office, the staff and my provider as well! they are so understanding and accommodating, my provider listens to my concerns and finds ways to work with me on them without making me feel like he knows me or my body more than myself! Jade helps me out a lot and she is just fabulous and one of the reason Im writing this review because every time we talk its always an amazing conversation and my needs are taken care of thank you, also want to commend Kristy she is SO knowledgeable and never makes me feel like a bother when i have so many questions sometimes thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and being so nice !!!

Renee MacDonald This place is absolutely amazing! Dr V Patel, and Audrey are literally life savers! They are so committed to the health and safety of their patients. Between them and others like Christy in the front office, they bend over backwards to accommodate you and put your wellbeing first. Not to mention they don’t make you wake long at all upon arrival. They know how to manage getting patients in timely according to their appointment. I love this place and the people. If you’re looking for an amazing family doctor, you will be happy here! Jackie Hardison I was a patient here & throughout my whole time there, the staff are all so nice & welcoming. Everyday I went in for rad therapy there was nothing but smiles and I love that. Patricia Pontius This place has kept me alive for over 3 years now. I had stage 4 head and neck cancer and near death when I first became a patient here. The cancer was inoperable due to the way it had invaded my nasal cavities and wrapped around my throat. I was unable to eat and was slowly being strangled. I came out of the hospital with a tracheotomy so I could breathe, a PEG feeding tube so I could eat and a chemo port. A great thing about this center... one side is for radiation and the other side is for chemo. You don’t have to go anywhere else. And each time the cancer came back, or metastasized, my two doctors came up with a new plan to battle it - more radiation, a different cancer drug - until they beat it into submission!! I’m in remission now but still receive immunotherapy every two weeks. I could probably switch to a closer center, but I love every single doctor, nurse and staff member there. The caring and dedication they exhibit is phenomenal. No, I’m going to stay right here.

Margarita Diez Dr Posada is an excellent surgeon, an excellent physician. I was 2 weeks in the hospital for a partial small bowel obstruction. He was visiting me every day, making sure I was taken care of. He was on top of everything. He was the only physician that was putting me in IV, liquid diet, then all liquids and eventually advancing my diet to make sure I was going home tolerating regular food. He’s compassionate, listens, knowledgeable, kind, great bed side manners. He doesn’t do surgery if he doesn’t think it’s safe for you. He performed my son’s surgery in 2018 and it was a success. My son was having severe pain in the middle of the night and I called him. He was very helpful, understanding and kind. I really recommend Dr Posada. He’s excellent!

Cathy H What a great doctor.. Got a referral to Dr. Posada for a incisional hernia from a past surgery. He was so thorough, so nice, kind, and had such patience explaining everything every step of the way. After my surgery (12-20-23) he called me on Christmas Eve to check on me. When it came time to take the staples out, I was SO SCARED, he was so gentle I literally didnt feel a thing. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Posada.

Brian Remington Easy check in, friendly staff made me comfortable and overall good experience for my outpatient surgery, however I was asked to arrive at 6:00am for a 7:30am procedure and found myself prepped and ready to go by 6:45 then I was left staring at the ceiling for over an hour. I got enough anxiety already folks, I don’t need to sit and wait that long. Thanks. Nice people tho.

KYLE CONNER My wife was told by another surgeon that she would have to loose 100 pounds before she could have her hernia repaired. He suggested that she have weight loss surgery first that my insurance did not cover. We got a second opinion from Dr. Koller who immediately told us he could preform the surgery without a problem. He did an excellent job in repairing her hernia. We are so lucky to have found him. He is very confident and skillful. If you are looking for a qualified and capable surgeon, look no farther. My wife and I are both very grateful to have him as her doctor.
