He explained everything in detail so I could understand them, answered the thousand questions that I had, and he was instrumental and getting my daughter excepted into Brooks neurological rehabilitation hospital With a peer to peer , for rehab regarding her brain injury, broken limbs, and arm nerve damage. KaSandra Howe Dr. Wall worked on my son when he was brought in for a very bad car accident. Dr. Wall was professional and is a wonderful doctor. Throughout my sons stay, Dr. Wall would explain things to me thoroughly and would answer all of my questions even if I asked them more than once. He understood what we were going through and that it was very traumatic for the family as well. He was very kind, patient and understanding. We are so thankful for him.

Calming and always clean and refreshing. Dr. always explains what each step of recovery is. And answers all of your questions. Highly recommend.

William Scott Hey who likes going to the Doctor? Nobody right? Well when we get older we all have to go a lot more often than we like. Thankfully I found a doctors office is absolutely awesome. The doctors great but what makes going here so enjoyable is the girls that work there. Going to see them is like going to see your best friends. They talk to you like youre family and they genuinely care how youre doing. Theyre fun to be around. I tell them every time I go that I pray they dont go anywhere. I know it sounds weird to talk about a doctors office but I would truly be broken-hearted if any of them left. I just hope VeriMed realizes what an asset they are to their company. And no Im not related to any of them. If you have the opportunity to choose this office to see your doctor do yourself a favor and go.

M M I love my PCP at Watson Clinic near Lakeland Regional Hospital. He has a gentle and collaborative demeanor. Smart guy. His office staff is also stellar. They are great communicators who respond promptly to messages and requests sent through the MyChart portal. Easy to get an appointment in a timely manner.

The Doctors explain our test results in a manner that is understandable and simple to the normal person. We even went to another clinic for a year or two and came back because we just didnt receive the same service. Even though they offer FREE products and spa care doesnt mean they are the best for you. Howard Summers I have been having lower back pain. I recently had a CT scan and an MRI at Watson Clinic, and they referred me to USF Health. On November 7, 2024, I saw Dr. Torres Gluck. He was very thorough in examining me and reviewing my MRI results. He told me my problem was muscular, and that I did not need surgery (which I was glad to hear). He used a couple of spine models to show me where my problem was, and what treatment I would need. He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. He gave me a couple of prescriptions and said I needed physical therapy (PT). The doctor and his nurse, Nikki, gave me a list of 3 local places to go for PT. He said I also have the option to go wherever I wanted to go for PT. Thank you, Dr. Torres Gluck. I would highly recommend him to anyone having back problems.

Corky Devendorf This is as big a mixed bag as I have ever reviewed. Getting the appointment for my wife setup was a literal nightmare. We were told opposing stories of what was needed (MRI Results) prior to our visit. The left hand did not know what the right was doing, or even close. It took from November 23 to end of February 24 to just get the appointment. And it had nothing to do with the MRI. That was done in October. This was the worst of it. Back and forth, being told one thing and then the opposite by someone else more than one time. A 1 star effort only because you cant give none. Im not prone to loosing it entirely, but I came as close as I have in many years this time and my wife had to calm me down. My wife isnt very patient when waiting. So it was a good thing I made the appointment. We got into the exam room (with our test DVD) in good time, and the admissions nurse was prompt and very good, but we sat in there for OVER an hour waiting on the Doc; Dr Croci. The wife was ready to walk, especially after the appointment setup snafu. I returned the favor and calmed her down now, during the wait. It is fortunate they take BP at the beginning of an exam. This part is a solid 1 star portion of the encounter. What saves this from being a 1 star review is the nurse and MD themselves. She was good and he is personable and seemed to listen to us. Taking his time with us and answering our questions. Perhaps why he was so late. He seems to have an excellent handle on his craft and explained why he came to his conclusions very well. They were the only 4 star or 5 star portion of our experience. Overall, we will look for other services if we ever need further neurology consultations. A 3 star rating is indeed gracious overall, but the most important part did shine thru.
