Gail Rosenthal I have been a client at Jenny’s for almost a decade. I go weekly and Tien is my manicurist. However, I am well acquainted with every nail tech… and everyone is wonderful. Not only do I get EXCELLENT service, but it is my HAPPY PLACE! I’m well taken care of… and I appreciate it.

Jennifer Desir I called the previous day to make an appointment the following day (on a Saturday at 10:30 AM with Sue - I have the phone record to prove it and showed it to what I’m assuming was the owner on my way out). When I walked in 10 minutes earlier than my schedule appointment, they proceeded to talk amongst each other and then tell me (without looking it up) that they did not have me in the books. One thing I despise, especially in customer service, is being lied to. If they said, hey Sue is working with someone now and it’ll be a while, I would be a little bummed but not mind it at all. They proceeded to then seat me with someone else and as I’m seating in the pedicure chair, the lady walks always and starts working on someone else! So of course I’m thinking that she’s just removing her polish and will be with me right away, right? Wrong! 10 minutes later she’s still working with the other customer, then another gentleman walks in and they take him right away. At this point, evidently, I’m getting a little upset and they say “oh! He had an appointment at 10:30”…I feel like I’m in the twilight zone because, me too?! So I get up to leave but the owner convinces me not to. I know you’re wondering why I didn’t leave much earlier but see, I would’ve left but my mother in law (she’s a sweetheart by the way) who comes here all the time convinced my husband to get me a Gift card for Mother’s Day so I stayed because it was paid for. I will never ever come here again obviously but the lady who did my pedicure (Nancy) was a sweetheart and I of course tipped her very generously because it was not her fault and she did a really good job on my nails. (I’m a mom of two toddlers and I barely ever leave the house, let alone for self care - it’s also why I made sure to make an appointment so I could be in and out if needed. Now I’m going to crawl back to being my homebody self in peace).
