This is no Planet Fitness.. this is a real gym for Body Building, Power lifting and anyone serious about real fitness. Anyone welcome always from family and kids to Elderly all welcome.. Just starting good we want you. Positive encouragement from everyone always.. everyone helps each other. Feeling a bit not sure come in.. you feel at home we all encourage. I love to pick things up and put them down and do all time lots of weights for all!! Dont be shy come on down! Welcoming and great always..

David Higley My wife is 77 and I am 83. For years we have been regularly exercisers. When we moved to Punta Gorda my wife decided to try Pilates and suggested we try it together. I was particularly skeptical Three years later, "Pilates for Life" has become a regular part of our life. Rhonda is welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend pilates, and "Pilates for Life".

Brandon Taddonio We love this gym, it’s always very clean, Marc the trainer is an amazing guy and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to personal training. The front door staff is always super friendly as well. We hope that as Babcock continues to grow, so does this gym, with sauna’s & steam rooms, a smoothie/juice bar, etc. to complete that feel of a health club. Opening an hour earlier on the weekend would be great too! Thanks for the great equipment WellWay!!

T T Management makes a difference. Julia is the new manager and as a former gym owner myself, I have the experience to see her positive effects on this location. She was the one who took the initiative to send emails regarding the closure of Cape Haze & inform people in an inviting way. It is obvious to a person who trains professionally, that a seasoned athlete was active in the placement of the additional equipment (many gyms have the wrong types of people place weight equipment....). As a result, the layout of the gym flows better. Julia is there with a welcoming smile and excellent organizational skills. I almost quit before her arrival, due to shortfalls involving some equipment, but predominantly unprofessional encounters with certain staff. I am very pleased the management brought in this very competent gal.

Kenny Bruniski I came in one late night and I was greeted by Kat, Indie, and Tierra. I normally don’t go that late but with me being a bigger person I was scared to go when it was busy. These wonderful ladies made me feel so welcomed and not ashamed for being new to the gym. They showed me around, showed me how some machines worked, and even gave me some great advice! Very clean facility and AMAZING staff. I highly recommend this planet fitness

Hayes Mickey “Woremochine” FIRST AND FOREMOST!! The front page STILL says "has a swimming pool - has "A SAUNA" - has a shower !!" So the truth is, it has 1 swimming pool, has 1 hottub, and has 2 STEAM ROOMS (1 for male, 1 for female), NOT A SAUNA. Those are 2 very different things. Sauna = dry heat. Steam room = STEAM (wet) NOT DRY heat. Ok, on with the rest of my post. They have a large selection of work out equipment, and many different types of exercise classes. I go every other day and I am really happy with the results that Im getting. The staff is FANTASTIC, and very helpful. Love it there. You will too. I wont be stopping my membership any time soon. Great place. 2025-09-03 ; Still an awesome place to go 2025-11-07 ; Nothing has changed, still awesome there.

VICKI Nothing’s better than going to an amazing, clean and organized Gym, with an amazing staff. Awesome protein drinks and love the posing room. I Highly recommended Second chance for a home gym.

Yania Gisela Salas Mayea Planet Fitness is a good gym option, especially because it has locations all over the country, which is very convenient for people who travel or move between cities. It offers a good variety of equipment and workout options. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, certain machines are out of service due to technical issues and are not repaired promptly. Also, the training staff is hard to find—I personally have never received assistance from them. Still, overall, it’s an affordable and functional gym that gets the job done.
