The gym may offer the equipment, but Carolyn delivers the personalized expertise and motivating environment that make every workout effective and enjoyable. I’ve worked with personal trainers before, but none have provided the level of individualized attention, focused fitness planning, and scheduling flexibility that Carolyn offers—especially given my frequent work travel. She makes every session count, ensures balanced muscle-group training, and even hosts group sessions on her own time during the holidays to keep us motivated. Carolyn’s skill goes beyond traditional strength training; she’s equally adept at supporting rehabilitative needs and helping individuals with movement or alignment challenges. Anytime Fitness is fortunate to have her, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a dedicated and capable trainer.

She took the time to understand the limitations of my 75 year old body and designed workouts specifically suited to my needs. She is extremely careful to make sure I perform every move correctly so I don’t get injured. Her patience and encouragement make every session enjoyable. Thanks to her knowledgeable and thoughtful training, I’m stronger than I ever dreamed I would be. My muscles are toned and flexible, I feel energetic and confident, and I truly look forward to our workouts. Carolyn is a skilled and fun personal trainer, and I highly recommend her.

It is a very nonjudgmental environment and they respect your privacy so theres not influencers all over filming.
