I canceled my membership MONTHS ago, yet they continue to withdraw money from my account without authorization. This is theft, plain and simple. 2. Management is completely incompetent. When I called to resolve the issue, the so-called “manager” refused to even give me their name — claiming it’s due to “data privacy.” Are you serious? You work in a public-facing customer service role and you hide your name? 3. Zero accountability. Not only do they ignore refund requests, but they also avoid taking responsibility. They stall, deflect, and hide behind nonsense policies to keep your money. 4. This place is a disgrace to the fitness industry. I’ve never seen such a shady and unprofessional establishment in Florida — or anywhere, for that matter. 5. Avoid this scam at all costs. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. You will regret it. This isn’t just a bad gym — it’s a predatory business that should be reported and shut down.

Not only did I cancel, but I also reached out to demand a refund due to the severe back issues I developed as a result of your workouts. Your team was fully aware of this. And now, after all that, you’ve once again withdrawn money from my account? Are you seriously kidding me? This is beyond unacceptable — it’s harassment at this point. I am demanding an immediate explanation AND a full refund of every single unauthorized charge that has occurred after my cancellation. You need to contact me IMMEDIATELY and resolve this. 1 /5 SkyFull Travel: Absolutely outrageous experience with this gym. I tried to resolve a very clear issue — they charged me for another month after I informed them in person that I could no longer continue due to serious health and financial reasons. Yes, they kept repeating that “it’s in the policy,” but let’s be honest — when a client notifies you face-to-face that they are physically unable to continue because their condition has worsened from YOUR workouts (despite medical disclosure on the initial form that I had lower back issues), it is the ethical and professional duty of the gym to make an exception and help — not continue to charge and hide behind fine print. What’s even worse is that when I tried to speak with a manager at the Fort Lauderdale location on Commercial Blvd, he refused to give me his name. Excuse me? Since when is a manager’s name “confidential”? This is not a CIA facility — this is a fitness club where clients pay their hard-earned money! I told him clearly that I wanted to escalate this to a higher level and possibly seek legal advice — and he simply shut the door on the conversation. No accountability. No transparency. Just arrogance and disrespect. They offered to “freeze” my account instead of refunding me — as if that solves anything. I am not asking for charity. I’m asking for fair treatment. I’m asking to stop being charged for a service I cannot use — a service that actually hurt my health. In the U.S., you can return used products — and here I am, being refused a refund for unused services. This is not how you treat people. This is how you lose customers.
