Tiana Trice HILI is my happy place! I walked in 6 months ago, 4 months postpartum and I never have taken a Pilates classes prior. I was looking for a workout that kept me motivated, low impact and to build my core strength again. I fell in love with Pilates after my first class. Every workout is great. You can modify or add advancements to your movements to tailor to your fitness level. Every instructor I’ve taken is encouraging, positive and knowledgeable. There’s really no place like HILI and that’s why I keep coming back.
I highly recommend taking Becky Himes, Kaley Smith, or Kailee D’Amora for a spicy but great workout every time consistently! These ladies ROCK!
