1 /5 Chris Shill: This place is absolutely horrible, they scheduled me for a video appointment and never showed up. Oh and then i asked for my lab results and they said they will not release them to me. So fellow veterans if you value your life and your health stay away from this absolutely terrible clinic. Oh and the individual that told me i wouldn’t receive my results was Colleen the Site manager. Awesome leadership VA. You really take care of the ones that served.

1 /5 Rose: They don’t call you when they cancel your appointment. My husband had an appointment today bright and early and when he showed up, they told him that they canceled his appointment themselves and said that they MAY call him to reschedule. They had ZERO reason why they didn’t call him and inform him that his appointment was canceled. They canceled his appointment OVER A WEEK AGO AND DIDN’T INFORM HIM AT ALL!? He works night shift so getting up early like this for nothing is ridiculous. It was also a half hour drive there and then a half hour drive home. Is this seriously how you treat our veterans? Absolutely disgusting.

5 /5 NaturalDecorDesign: Yuba City VA clinic does a great job. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and does their job quickly and efficiently.

2 /5 Lisa Johnston: This clinic has lost all of their doctors and most of the staff. I had to drive to the clinic today because all of my calls last week went straight to voice-mail and no return calls. I am about out of meds and need more appts with my local chiropractor. The manager of the clinic was the only one answering calls and the doctor filling in from Mather wont be at the clinic tomorrow. This used to be a great clinic in years past but its barely living on life support.
