5 /5 Siloam Won: My dad stayed at this facility for 4 days to treat fractured femoral neck. Every staff member was doing their best to provide necessary treatment, fulfill his needs, and transfer him to a nursing facility after the discharge. Also, they have been very helpful, answered all questions, and followed up on requests whenever I reached out. My dad mentioned that he did not want to leave because he was so satisfied with the service every step of the way. Thank you West Anaheim Medical Center and all staffs who took care of my dad. Our family could not have asked for more and grateful for your exceptional care.

5 /5 Kimf Foster: This was the best hospital Ive been to. They took me in with in 4 minutes. Great care, even the blood draw was easy and Im a had stick. Usually have to use an extra ray to find a good vien. Not here. And the Dr was very knowledgeable of my problem. Would recommend anyone to go there.

5 /5 Patricia: My wife is writing this but this comes from MY HEART : My time spent in ER , DOU, Med Surg was amazing the staff is professional and very friendly helpful the rooms are clean and bright so you won’t get depressed. They called me Uncle Buff because I ask them too it’s my nickname. The DOCTORS listen to me and explain what was going on with my body and what they needed to do and what I needed to do. I will recommend West Anaheim Medical Center to anyone who needs help GK

1 /5 Dan A.: I am not a hater type of reviewer but two incidents come to mind that I need to mention. In mid-October 2023, I had a mysterious infection. I drove myself to their ER where they gave me a tetanus shot and I still dont have a clue what my infection was about. They did a quickie attempt to sign me up for Medi-Cal but failed. The hospital bill was $5000+ for me being there 4 hours and getting a tetanus shot. A month later I sign up for Medi-Cal and qualify.. starting date being Jan 5 2024. Theres like a 3 month window in which Medi-Cal will cover medical expenses prior to approval. The window seems clear and kosher to me but the hospital has not been very helpful coordinating with Medi-Cal and instead call me regularly and send me bills in the mail often. West Anaheim Medical, I dont have money. Ive seemingly given up on caring how this is harming my credit. I feel helpless and hopeless and West Anaheim Medical is doing nothing helpful. As far as Im concerned, West Anaheim Medical dropped the ball on Medi-Cal, not me Fast forward to late November 2024, my dad falls and fractures his shoulder probably due to cardiac arrest.. he goes to West Anaheim and gets rushed through and out days later before Thanksgiving. My dad is in a far worse situation now than when he was taken to West Anaheim Medical. A week later I have to call 911 again and now hes at UCI. Oh BTW West Anaheim Medical, my mom has alzheimers and my dad has his issues.. Im the only one around to help them. I am so overwhelmed, no income, and with issues of my own, that you are on your own in regards to billing and collections. I do not have the time, will, or even mental energy to connect you guys to Medi-Cal. Thats what your billing/collections people are for. If theyre not effective, thats your problem and you have the choice and power to try and re-train them or fire them but chasing after me will get you nowhere. West Anaheim Medical, you guys deserve this bad rating. All I can say is I spared you from naming other serious issues I observed. If you are reading this and have fallen in between the cracks of no insurance, no money and no public assistance either, this is likely to be the start of additional stress for you. Go elsewhere. 5 /5 william Ronald: I have just stayed two days at West Anaheim Medical Center and it was a very excellent experience. The emergency room staff was friendly and caring. The nurses and doctors who treated me were totally first rate. I would sincerely recommend West Anaheim Medical Center to anyone looking for a good and wonderful hospital staff!
