Dustin Anderson The Noor Clinic is amazing! The staff were very welcoming, and pretty funny too! Everyone seemed to be happy to be working at the clinic. The wait time was short. Dr. Elizabeth Cartozian was amazing! She spent more time with me in 1 visit, than the last 5 visits at my previous Primary Care Doctor. She listened, made suggestions, and didnt make me feel stupid that I was behind on my health while trying to better myself. The diabetes Doctor was super cool, and he had a lot of info for me. So, THANK YOU to everyone at Noor for helping me out when I didnt have any other options. I had lost my insurance and was waiting for the new insurance to become active. They still took me in as a patient until my new insurance kicked in. They were very helpful in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. I hope one day I will be able to give back to this wonderful clinic that helped me in a time of need!

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with kindness, efficiency, and expertise. The medical team made me feel comfortable, thoroughly explaining each step and addressing any concerns I had. The prep, while not the most enjoyable part, was manageable, and the procedure itself was quick and seamless. Thanks to the skilled staff, I felt at ease the entire time. The best part? Peace of mind knowing I’m taking charge of my health. If youre due for a colonoscopy, I highly recommend not putting it off—it’s easier than you think, and your health is worth it! Amanda H. Our family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Twin Cities Hospital during my grandma’s final days. The entire team made sure she was comfortable and well cared for, advocating for her every step of the way and working directly with our insurance to ease the process during such a difficult time. A special thank you to Crystal in the DOU and Ester in Med/Surg—both of whom went above and beyond to ensure my grandma was treated with compassion and dignity. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warmth made an incredibly painful time as easy as possible for both her and our family. We truly cannot thank them enough. We also want to recognize Kim, the charge nurse in the DOU, who was so kind to us one of the nights we were there. She brought us a comfort box and took the time to talk with us, offering support when we needed it most. The team also made sure we could stay in the room with my grandma, preparing a refreshment cart, a reclining chair, and warm blankets—small gestures that made a big difference in those final moments. One piece of feedback: the case manager (I didn’t catch her name) who came in to discuss insurance changes had a tone that felt a bit cold, especially given the fragile state of my grandma. While we understand these conversations are necessary, a bit more sensitivity in those moments would have been appreciated. Overall, we are deeply thankful to Twin Cities Hospital for their care, kindness, and support during such a difficult time.

Kingston Leong Since Carol and I are both with MDVIP and are Dr. Stephen Hilty‘s patients, we would like to submit a joint evaluation of Dr. Hilty. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Stephen Hilty as our primary care physician for over twenty years. Dr. Hilty is competent, knowledgeable, and a caring physician with excellent bed side manners. He makes us feel important during our annual visits with him and patiently addresses our concerns and questions in a simple and non-demeaning manner to which we are very grateful. Dr. Hilty’s concern for our care is exhibited in many ways: 1) He would recommend physicians for a particular ailment as an orthopedic surgeon for Kingston’s knee problem; 2) He ensures safe travel abroad by providing a summary of our health history and medication in case the need arises, e.g., Paxlovid during the COVID pandemic; 3) He provides extra safety measures for Carol, who is immune compromised, by giving her monoclonal antibodies during the COVID pandemic; 4) He responds to our telephone calls and emails promptly when we have questions; 5) He interprets the laboratory results in layman’s terms for us within 24 hours of receiving the information; and lastly, 6) He ensures his nurses and receptionist have the same pleasant and caring attitude toward us and his patients.

Maree Whitten Dr Lebed’s staff is awesome! Dr. Lebed is such a professional but with a true heart. He listens, gives advice, talks about options and goes with what you’d like to do. He’s honest and really has your best interest in mind when suggestions or advise are necessary.

Jen Holcombe Dr. Canfield is thorough, caring and generous with his time. He also has a healthy perspective on how to deal with patients’ health situations pertinent to their age, which I especially appreciate.
