What Clients Are Saying St. Columba Catholic Church (GG)
5 /5 BernaDette Session: Very friendly, family-oriented, welcoming, empowering, Kwanzaa celebration. Large comfortable community room, with clean accessible bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, tables, chairs. Entertaining childrens activities. Small parking lot, & on street parking in neighborhood. Conveniently located.
1 /5 Matthew Thorpe: My slow cousin, Bilo from Kazakhstan was there to take pictures of your tax free social justice headquarters and you called armed people to accost him. Bilo may be slow but he asked a great question. Did the armed men bring you your 30 pieces of silver for reporting him???
5 /5 Denise Bergez: A radically inclusive, welcoming, joyful congregation grounded in Black spirituality. Wonderful Gospel choir. The church has a strong commitment to social justice. Father Aidan the pastor personifies the church’s values and clearly loves and is beloved by the congregation. He’s a compelling preacher with a great sense of humor.
1 /5 Ganzo Press: This church is covered under the first amendment of freedom of religion. Yet they called Police on a man in public exercising his freedom of the press which is covered under the same Amendment.
These people are not inclusive. 0 Stars for being Anti American.
Carolin Sturtevant Shiloh Church is amazing! Awesome worship and sermon. Everyone there was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Pastor Javier and his wife Melinda are authentic people.
D.J. Pryor A most cool church. The people are very welcoming. The services are most enriching. Saint Augustines Episcopal Church is my new church home.
Vivian Prater Sacred Heart Church is my Parish church. Our Pastor and the fellow Priests are really genuine people who welcome everyone! My youngest granddaughter just received her First Holy Communion on May 4th in Benicia and celebrated it May 5th at Sacred Heart Church!
Linda Jordan-Clark This is my place of worship Methodist. I love it. They give out food, produce sometimes chicken or fish which is frozen every Wednesday from 10 am until 12 and the last Friday of every month they give out meats.
Diana D I have not personally attended this church, but have met a lot of people from here who really LOVE it. I really appreciate how they serve local Oakland ministries like Cityteam Oakland (which is tackling the homelessness crisis) & Harbor House (which gives education and care to immigrants). Looking forward to visiting this church myself next month!
