Resurrection Oakland Church - Oakland (CA)

5 /5 Diana D: I have not personally attended this church, but have met a lot of people from here who really LOVE it. I really appreciate how they serve local Oakland ministries like Cityteam Oakland (which is tackling the homelessness crisis) & Harbor House (which gives education and care to immigrants). Looking forward to visiting this church myself next month!

5 /5 Pamela Gadziala: EVERYONE is welcome as you are! This is a Biblically based church that makes it their primary mission to be truly diversified because that’s how Heaven will be. If Jesus set up a church in Oakland this is what it would look like.

5 /5 Jeff Meitler: A wonderful church to be a part of! A very welcoming and caring body of people from many backgrounds that has made Oakland feel more like home. Additionally, the church has been active in engaging with local non-profits to continue to make Oakland a better place to work and live.

5 /5 Franee Gumm: This church does a fantastic job of welcoming everyone...believers, non-believers, people of different faiths, etc. The congregation is filled with families with small children, single adults, college students, seniors, etc. This fairly new church aims to serve the city of Oakland in any way it can and continue to learn how to best do that through its ministry. I personally attend this church and feel supported, challenged and mentored by the community I have found here at ResOakland.
