Lynn Smith This is the clinic where I take my dad. It is always sparkling clean and the staff are excellent, both medical and support. We couldnt be happier to have this health care facility so close to our home. It is pretty much a one stop facility with lab and imaging as well as Urgent Care on site.

Ani Alexanian Dr. Lu has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my health and well-being. One of the standout features is her accessibility through the MyChart website. No matter how many questions I throw her way, she takes the time to address each one thoroughly, ensuring I leave the conversation with a clear understanding and peace of mind. Even during her maternity leave, the coverage provided by other doctors in the practice was seamless, and they were able to recommend specialists when needed. A recent experience that truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lus office involved a somewhat last-minute appointment I made via the MyChart site, expressing concern about pain with urination. Dr. Lus nurse practitioner not only ensured I got an appointment promptly but also went the extra mile by having the office call me to check if I could wait until the scheduled time or if I needed to be seen sooner. This level of attentiveness and commitment to patient well-being speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Lu and her entire staff. The consistently high standard of care Ive experienced has made me confident in recommending this practice to friends and family.

Jacob Parker Well maintained and clean. Fast, on time doctors. Great place to have your PCP. Only issue is you do have to park in the Spectrum parking lot. Can’t ding them for that though.

Diane Rybacek Office staff is friendly and helpful. Back office staff is friendly and thorough. Alison is a gem! She is very thorough and knowledgeable as well as adding the personal touch. She always remembers things about my family and adds stories about her own family.

Monica Moulder Dr. Seymour has been mine and my husband Patrick’s primary care physician since August 2024, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. Laura Gunn Ive had a really wonderful experience with MindPath in the past several months. I became a patient of Dr Ji after a particularly challenging year of my life that included my fathers sudden death. The empathy, kindness and expertise that Dr Ji has shown me has been unparalleled, and I have felt immensely supported as a patient of his. I always feel incredibly validated, listened to, trusted and valued not only as a patient but as a person, and his empathetic and caring work style should be a model for other psychiatrists.

Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!
