Ani Alexanian Dr. Lu has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my health and well-being. One of the standout features is her accessibility through the MyChart website. No matter how many questions I throw her way, she takes the time to address each one thoroughly, ensuring I leave the conversation with a clear understanding and peace of mind. Even during her maternity leave, the coverage provided by other doctors in the practice was seamless, and they were able to recommend specialists when needed. A recent experience that truly highlighted the exceptional care provided by Dr. Lus office involved a somewhat last-minute appointment I made via the MyChart site, expressing concern about pain with urination. Dr. Lus nurse practitioner not only ensured I got an appointment promptly but also went the extra mile by having the office call me to check if I could wait until the scheduled time or if I needed to be seen sooner. This level of attentiveness and commitment to patient well-being speaks volumes about the dedication of Dr. Lu and her entire staff. The consistently high standard of care Ive experienced has made me confident in recommending this practice to friends and family.

L W In this urgent visit to Dr Youngs office, I was seen with welcome and with curiosity, heard, symptoms examined and history pulled from my memory. Every one of the 4 women who provided an aspect of care was a valuable component of responding to my concerning symptom and moving me forwards with prescriptions and a referral to a specialist for a second opinion. It was responsive and quick: I was in and out of the office within 75 minutes of my initial phone call.

Julie McClintock Dr Lilly Singh is one of the good ones. (My mom is a lung transplant recipient so as her caregiver, I have seen hundreds of doctors, specialists, nurses, etc and I can spot a diamond in the rough very fast.) Dr Singh’s bedside manner is wonderful. She’s a great listener, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and she radiates positive energy. I would recommend her to anyone in need of an OBGYN in OC. Lucky to have found her!

Stanley Shook The entire staff at Memorial Care is top-notch. Very polite, professional and cheery. Dr. Vo is one of the best doctors Ive ever had. Hes very attentive, focused and caring.

Marcella Martin Dr Steindler has been my physician for many years. I live in the Inland Empire and travel 45 miles because he’s so knowledgeable, and he takes the time to go over my issues, medical options etc with me. He never rushes you and treats you like you’re family. Most knowledgeable and compassionate Dr I’ve ever known. I’ll travel anywhere to see him. Staff is great too.

hadi moradi Dr Saam is my family doctor since 2017 since I moved to Orange County , she is very caring and knowledgeable and pleasant, she will always be my family doctor, she not only excellent doctor but a very good human being. Maggie Medina Im a new patient, I called Dr. Hamiltons office to make an appointment but I was told that I couldnt get an appointment until I fill out some paperwork. I asked if I can make an appointment anyway and fill out the paperwork at my appointment and they said "NO, you have to fill the paperwork out first, then we will call you to make an appointment."! Its apparent that they care more about paperwork than actually helping people and making them feel better. With all these bad ratings that Ive see and my own personal experience with this doctors office...she (Dr. Hamilton) should lose her license and her practice due to the lack of care for peoples well being and sub par customer service. What a DISGRACE!
