1 /5 Augusto Peraza: I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this physician’s office. My wife and I scheduled physicals to get routine blood work done, and we were seen together in the same appointment. The only difference was that I mentioned my history of high cholesterol, which I’ve managed through exercise after stopping medication three years ago. Despite this, I was issued a single lipid test, while my wife received the standard three-part lipid test typically included in a physical. To make matters worse, I was charged $115 for the office visit and had to pay out of pocket for the blood work, while my wife incurred no costs. Essentially, I received less care for a higher price. Furthermore, I called the office to inquire about this bill, and unfortunately, they offered no help or assistance. It has been a month, and the manager still has not returned my call. I would advise future patients to be cautious when mentioning any past medical history during a physical at this office, as it may result in unnecessary costs. Additionally, based on my experience, it may be more cost-effective to visit an urgent care facility for minor concerns, especially for those with PPO insurance, as my last urgent care visit only cost $65.

1 /5 Lynnann AKA Grandma: Made an appointment with Dr. Fishbein a month ago. Was told they had to verify my insurance before an appointment could be made, it was checked/approved, appointment put on books. Now less than 24 hours from appointment Im told its being cancelled because my insurance is not okay. Nothing had changed on my end. So I responsibly do everything as directed and now have to look for a new doctor and wait weeks - without meds - to get an appointment. This doctors staff is inefficient, unprofessional and cannot be depended on for basic administrative tasks. As a retired Medical Assistant, their complete lack of accountability, zero effort to make things right or voice any concern for their mistake was shockingly poor customer service. Beware. If they are making mistakes at the most basic administrative levels they are assuredly making far worse with prescriptions, electronic medical record maintenance and billing!

5 /5 Sharon Valdez: Last time I visited was about 2 years ago. I refused coming back due to my negative experience and misdiagnosis from the doctor who seen my husband who ended up in ER same day. I shared my feedback and refunded me the visit on which I appreciated but it was not easy coming back for a while after that. Last week I had to take in my daughter and thought giving it a try since the convenience of being closer to home. I was very pleased to say the least! I was very impressed by the staff you guys have there now. Very friendly , heart warming and professional. They helped me out , accommodated my zoom visit with the doctor for my daughter based on my work scheduled. I believe it was Dr. Kelly ( sorry I can’t fully remember the name) she was amazing, sweet and patient. She had us stop by office for my daughter to take a COVID test and was very gentle and not scary as everyone makes it sound. I was very happy! The staff young lady and gentleman both super helpful and professional. I am glad this office has taken pried on improving their services and the right qualified people are there. Thank you for all your help and getting us through that week. Thankfully my daughter was back to school!

5 /5 Diane Rybacek: Office staff is friendly and helpful. Back office staff is friendly and thorough. Alison is a gem! She is very thorough and knowledgeable as well as adding the personal touch. She always remembers things about my family and adds stories about her own family.
