Nicole OBrien Christine is hands down, the best ever!!! Way better than I ever could of imagined! She bleached/cut my hair with MAJOR REGROWTH, I was a mess when I came to her. And after she worked her magic, I have gotten so many compliments! And to top it off, she is an absolute pleasure to be around. I have found my stylist!!! So stoked. Thank you Christine! Youre a true artist and a master at ur craft!

Melissa Lesle The salon was bright and clean and all the staff was friendly! Kim was excellent with my daughter... she got a cut and color and made her feel comfortable. The cut looks great, and so does her coloring! I also got a pedicure with Carol, and shes amazing! Over 30 years of service, and it shows. Well definitely go back!

Gatoff Melissa From the moment I stepped in the salon I felt comfortable and safe. Christina was professional and took her time to hear what my goal was and how we could achieve that look. From there I was totally relaxed in her chair, making sure I was comfortable and doing everything she could to ensure my experience was one of the best. She openly communicated each step in the process. I had gone blonde at home in Augest during shut down (don’t do it), so my hair was a big project. I’m so thankful for her for bringing me back to look like myself again. I can’t wait until my next appointment!

Diane My mom is a vibrant 90 plus woman. Always looking for an actual salon for her has been a challenge. But I did take her to this amazing salon in HB Old World. The stylist was professional, we showed examples of what she wanted and the stylist Tam delivered! I can’t tell you the joy that this brought about to my mom. The people at the Upstairs Salon are professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She had a great time and I’ve already made her second appointment and will continue to bring her there.
